🤓 2300 miles in six days! It was the road trip I wanted to do for a while, and I can say, driving for 7+ hours a day WAS WORTH IT.

💁🏻‍♀️ We saw the most beautiful nature in Northern Oregon, stayed in the lodge on Mt Hood, drove through the whole Redwood Forest in California, swam in 64F water in Lake Tahoe, visited Yosemite, and drove through Nevada dessert.

✨ Four weeks is my average to finish the whole tube of a lip balm and a lip gloss/oil, and 👆🏻this is how I do it.

💁🏻‍♀️ The most important rule is to have fun! Mix your lip balms lip liners and lip stains. Layer them on top of sheered out matte lipsticks. JUST USE THEM CONSISTENTLY 🩵✨

The concept of The Shadow was proposed by Carl Jung in early 20th century. These are the hidden weaknesses and potentials that we hide, because we often feel ashamed or scared to show them. 👆🏻 In the post, I focused specifically on hidden potentials ✨

But honestly I am a regular consumer like most of you 🩵✨, and I am obsessed with lippies. In the past, I used to buy at least 2-5 new lippies a month..ouch. Now, I am in recovery 🤓.

The happier and more fulfilled you become, the more people will be triggered by you.

- I used to please others for validation.
- I used to withhold and suppress my feelings and opinions to seem more likable.
- I was a pick-me 🤡
- I was mean to other women in front of men (yep.)
- I was doing work for other people to be appreciated.

THE RESULT of all of these 👆🏻: Constant exhaustion and emptiness inside. Plus, I got no validation 🤓.

NOW✨: I am happy, hard-working, women-loving, honest b*tch!

🙋🏻‍♀️ In this post, I am sharing my own experience of emotional and s*xual abuse. I understand that an abuser can be anyone, not only men.

My main point is to share with you one of the ways how victims of abuse are being silenced ❌🗣️. Abusers are master manipulators. They create fake personas that are “likable” by others, but they remove their masks behind closed doors.

⚡️LADIES, if your potential partner says that their ex is crazy and/or their ex is spreading “lies” about them, please be careful. This might be the sign 🚩. I was ignoring this red flag, but I do know better know!

💁🏻‍♀️ I am turning 30 next month, so it’s time to drop some life lessons over here 🤓:

1️⃣ Don’t listen to advices of people who don’t live the life you want to live - 💯! All advices are subjective for the most part. I wish somebody would have told me that sooner 🥲.

2️⃣ Don’t believe everything you see, especially online - Some people are masters at manipulating their personas, but their reality can be waaay different from what they are showing you 👀. Always ✨mind your own business✨ at the end of the day. That helps!

3️⃣ Ask God for what you want, and be ready to overcome obstacles (!) - We are responsible for everything we have in life, so in order for you to get what you want, 💁🏻‍♀️ you have to become the person WHO CAN BE responsible for it. 😇 This mindset really helped me to go through many hardships in life and actually get what I’ve wished for.

😅 Let’s have a good laugh about the things I hear as a Russian immigrant who lives in the US for 15 years.

💁🏻‍♀️ Here is more info:

- I came to the US when I was 15 years old 🇺🇸.

- I went to high school in Florida and college in New York.

- I still have a strong accent 🤓, which many people love, some don’t and some of them find it “exotic.” Ew..

🥲 I do feel like an outsider sometimes even though I’ve lived here for 15 years. Laughing about it helps.
