A homeowner lost his legal battle against the city of St. Petersburg after a jury ruled that two massive water mains buried under his property can remain, despite the city failing to properly record the easement for decades.
In July 2018, federal agents and local deputies arrested 24-year-old Ricky Handschumacher at his Pasco County home. I-Team Investigator Adam Walser sat down with Handschumacher, who now works to protect companies from cybercrime.
