Some of you on Facebook already know about this. 👍🏻😀
But I think it’s time I let everybody know that I had a total knee replacement. These are the before and after pictures. The surgery went perfectly. I am doing marvelously and haven’t missed a beat on my channel. I don’t want to hear anybody say, “Oh Rebecca, we will wait for you while you recover”. 😂😂😂 No need! I made it through with flying colors and I feel amazing… finally. Not that I didn’t struggle through some of my videos while I was in pain. In a few of those videos it may be obvious that I was sitting on the couch. Tee hee. I had to take many breaks during some of my recent videos. So today I am uploading a video of me shopping at Kroger! I am so happy to be out and about again. I can even drive my car!
I want to take this moment to let everybody know that this is not a simple procedure. There is much more to know about it before going in. I wish I had learned pre-surgery all about what to expect and what was actually being done. So this is my chance to say, educate, educate, educate! Make sure you have a doctor and a staff that will be caring and watchful of your aftercare. The success of your surgery completely depends on your knowledge of how to recover and that includes Physical Therapy, which is an absolute must. Blessings on you all and thank you for still being here. 😘🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hello everyone! Most of you know I was planning a vacation for October. My husband and I have contracted Covid so looks like we might not go. Round two!
