My name is Todd and I teach foundational and simplified principles in Zen, martial arts and Self mastery through Taichi, chi gong, judo, Kung Fu, and meditation. Optimal health, vitality and enlightenment is my focus.
I have been a zen and martial arts enthusiast and practitioner, student and teacher for over 40 years and I try to bring simplicity to these arts to help people attain a healthier and more vibrant body, mind and spirit in a fun, nurturing and enlightening way.
