This channel is to showcase short films and videos that can be released to the public and are not part of current or future film festivals, all created by Christopher Shoust, unless otherwise noted. I am actively making videos for musicians as well.

For a short film or video, what type do you prefer if you could chose one?

I just found an old film book today that really got me started into thinking of more creative and inexpensive ways to make film. I have always had to find other ways more importantly because not much works for me. Michael Dean and his book $30 Film School was amazing. I wrote him a letter or email and the bastard sent me a copy because I had to read mine at the library. I reviewed it somewhere online for him though as he asked. His film was called D.I.Y. or Die: How to Survive as an Independent Artist. Check out @rightarmofwyoming

Thanks to the staff and volunteers at the Canadian Independent Film Festival in Montreal for selecting my short film 212. I will make it out another time.
