Hello everyone, I hope you all enjoyed April. Akane April if you're keeping up, but she only appeared once, so that doesn't matter. Don't really care about month names now that we're nearing the end.
I did start to slow down with content this. That won't really change in May. May is pretty much going to be my final stretch in terms of school. I've got some important exams lined up this month. The kinds I really have to study for. So don't be too surprised if I don't get much out this month.
Once I again, I'd like to show my progress when it comes to drawing. Not that these two drawings are the only practice I've gotten. The Attack Titan is technically my first piece of "original" fanart of anything. I say original, but I did make a heavy use of reference images. The anatomy isn't perfect either, as I still have to practice more with that. The photo makes it look thinner than it is, trust me. Regardless, I'm still proud of how it turned out. The drawing of Levi isn't too bad. I think I overdid it in some places with the cross hatching. I also got lazy with the odm gear and rushed it. Still need to work on making dynamic images.
In terms of the "arg" there were some big things this month. Well, they were significant if you've been with me since the start of this. Killing off Satsuki is kind of a big deal if you know why the arg exists in the first place. It's been almost three years since I started this on an emotional whim. I've changed and matured quite a bit since then. So much so that I didn't really even care that I did kill her off. Which is a strange thing to hear given how this all started. And now I'm about ready to close the cover on this story soon. We still have May to go. I hope you all enjoy Mikako May 2 Electric Boogaloo.
Akane Takra (disguised): Yeah, Inori held me for a while. I've got something to report as well. I'll be quick. Mikado radioed in. He says that Ludenberg's attention is completely focused on the water treatment plant.
Izuru: Then his plan is working, as expected. We can treat Ms. Kurokawa without disruption while she's distracted.
Akane: I didn't think something so simple as a location switch could work so well.
Izuru: Without something as organized as the IHPD, or any law force for that matter, I imagine tracking to be a difficult task. Onto my report. I believe Kurokawa can be treated.
Akane: So you understand what's wrong with her now?
Izuru: Indeed. From the data I've gathered these past months, I believe I know how to reverse her coma. Her condition comes directly from the mind.
Akane: The mind? That's it?
Izuru: It's not entirely that simple. In layman's terms, her very "soul" is corrupted. A disorganized mess of pure despair.
Akane: A corrupted soul? ... I don't know what that means at all.

Using the machines, we'll force our way into her mind, and from there, the soul. Her brain will be scrambled and then reset. Then we can mold her however we want.
Akane: You're going to scramble her brain and replace it with something else! You mean to do to her what Void did to me!
Izuru: Not exactly. As I recall, your personality was never supposed to remain. Mitsume's upgrades rectify the issue. We won't repeat the mistakes made with you.
Akane: I am not a mistake! This is my body, and Mikako's is hers!

Miu: Yep! The Ultimate Factory is just about complete. It could be done as soon as tomorrow.

Miu: Of course! I inspected everything myself. Everything is in order.
Byakuya: Very good. Ms. Iruma, I trust you have the design for the Ultimate Robot ready?
Miu: Well, it's as ultimate as a mass-produced robot can get. Trust me, you'll get your bang for your buck. As long as you have the resources, it's ready to produce.
Byakuya: Excellent. I will be down tomorrow to oversee the start of production. We must begin right away.
Fuyuhiko: The remnants of the KF have been located. They've taken refuge in the water treatment plants they captured way back when. Although it's not confirmed, Director Kinjo is expected to be there as well. His death is of the utmost priority. Our Empress demands everyone be slaughtered, but Kinjo's death must be confirmed.
Peko: I understand, sir. I will bring back the director's head.
Fuyuhiko: I should stress that you should come back alive and well.
Peko: Is that an order from the Empress.
Fuyuhiko: ...No. But, you are... a valuable asset to the Empress. I would hate for her to lose you.
