This only happens through exhausting your resources and polishing the basics continuously. Each rep matters, every time you put on your kit, it’s time to lock in and burn the best reps possible, the team deserves full focus.

Have you built a system and training plan that allows you and your team to perform when the lights go out? When you can’t control all the variables, are you still in control of the controllable’s?

Build a universal system that builds your ability and confidence even when you can’t control the variables, you can’t always dictate your reality, but you need to be ready to respond to it.

Shipley, and Patsy Shipley as they discover the transformative power of psychedelic-assisted ibogaine therapy to combat treatment-resistant PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, and severe depression. Blending intimate observational scenes and animation, the documentary traces the surprising journey of the Navy SEALs, tormented by their trauma, to Mexico where they embark on a new mission: to rescue one another with powerful psychedelics whose unworldly effects shake them totheir core and open a path toward healing.
