got to know from a really close relative of mine, they are really into spirituality - that , white lights are damaging your intuition and basically targeting your crown (sahasrara ) chakra and your third eye aka ajna chakra , which as you may know blocks you ability to receive intuitive messages, less clarity in thoughts , which is really scary now that you think because every goddamn place uses white light, most homes have white lights too, some have that 3 in one kinda setting so try to avoid using white lights and use the soft yellow ones
+ wifi suppresses the functionality of pineal gland which is responsible for producing melatonin = good sleep and without good sleep you are not going to function properly, you will have issues with finding clarity in your thoughts

i will be making "THE GREATEST ALIVE - master of all trades" sub here are the bennies i have come up with (will layer some of my pre-existing subs in this too) i was confused as to how to split up the blocks so the blocks are based on subjects lemme know if i should add anything else^^ might even make separate subs for the last 4 blocks
BLOCK 1: Humanities includes literature, languages, history, philosophy, theology, and the arts - [Layered with : literary genius]
BLOCK 2: Natural Sciences studies the natural world and includes physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, and Earth sciences (geology, oceanography).
BLOCK 3: Social Sciences focuses on human behavior and society, including politics (political science), sociology, psychology, anthropology, economics, and geography.
BLOCK 4: Formal Sciences’ study abstract structures, such as mathematics, logic, statistics, and computer science.
BLOCK 5: Applied Sciences & Professions apply theoretical knowledge to practical problems, such as medicine, engineering, law, agriculture, and military science.
BLOCK 6: Commerce & Economics: Trade, banking, marketing, and management.
