I wanted to share a quick reflection today. I noticed this post from @thekaregiver on Instagram, and it reminded me of why we started this channel.

While they are dealing with ALS and we are dealing with my husband's stroke recovery, the goal is the same: putting our real experiences out there so the next person who finds themselves in this situation has some practical reassurance.

Life After Stroke with T & E

After mailing off more games and movies that T sold on eBay, we stopped by the library. I borrowed this little book called "Conquer Your Day." It’s a good read and really helps me feel better 😅, especially when I’m overwhelmed. I plan to buy the book now 😇. - Elena
