A blend between orchestral and electronic music, emotion on the skin, an invitation to dreams and inner journeys: this is what could sum up Douran's project.
Rich in lyrical flights and nourished by cinematic influences, his tracks suspend us in time where pianos, violins and flutes mingle with synthesizers to open the doors into an epic universe that is delicate, sensitive and powerful all at once.
Fascinated by sound design as much as by melody, harmony and rhythm, this self-taught composer is involved at every stage of his music's composition, to create a personal sound lexicon and the right emotion for each of his pieces.

Happy New Year everyone!
2025 is going to be an exciting year, and I’m thrilled to finally announce what I’ve been working on for over a year: my new 7-tracks (+7 remixes) EP, «As The Dust».
This project is my most ambitious to date. It brings together the sounds I love most: electronic textures, string quartets, piano, percussion, and even a Bulgarian choir! Recording all these incredible musicians was an unforgettable experience.
There will also be remixes and reinterpretations of each track by many of my favorite artists, including electronic producers, pianists, and classical composers.
The EP will be released on Blue Marble Record, with one track (or remix) dropping every month throughout the year—so there’ll be something new to discover every month!
The first track will be released on 24th January and I can’t wait to share the music, the videos, the stories behind each track, and glimpses of the creative process!
I can’t wait to tell you more and share it all with you :)

I co-compose the music of the incredible 90min documentary "#Hvaldimir, The true story of the spy beluga" that will be out on @lus on September 25th! I will post some studio videos of myself working on the soundtrack soon!
"Spring 2019, a beluga whale equipped with a mysterious harness appears in the far north of Norway. Suspected of being a spy escaped from a Russian naval base, it makes international headlines and within days becomes a viral phenomenon on social networks, which christen it “Hvaldimir” (a contraction of “Hval” meaning whale in Norwegian and “Vladimir” for Vladimir Putin). In search of human contact, Hvaldimir fascinates all who cross his path."
