여러분! 😊 This Friday (June 12th, 1 PM KST), we'll have an intermediate Korean grammar live class on my channel.
We'll be covering three grammar expressions that many intermediate learners commonly mix up:
📌 -다고 (indirect quotation)
📌 -(으)ㄴ/는지 (indirect questions)
📌 -(으)ㄴ/는 것 (nominalization & modifying forms)
The tricky thing about these expressions is that even if you understand what they mean, their rules are very easy to mix up. The forms change not only depending on whether you're using a verb or an adjective, but also depending on the tense.
What makes them even more confusing is that the rules/patterns are quite similar to one another, but not exactly the same. Because of this, it's very easy to mix them up when speaking or writing, and they're some of the most common sources of mistakes for intermediate Korean learners. 😵💫
In this class, rather than simply reviewing the rules, we'll work through plenty of practice exercises and quizzes designed to help these patterns really stick, so that you can use them naturally and confidently in real conversations.
I hope you'll join me for another fun and productive Korean grammar session!
See you all on Friday 👩🏻🏫 ✨ (Or Thursday for some of you, depending on your time zone 🌎)

여러분, my beginner grammar workbooks 『Korean Grammar Canvas 1 & 2』 are finally available on Amazon as official copies! ✨
The official copies unfortunately took quite a long time to arrive at Amazon, so up until now, the paperback versions had only been available as Print-On-Demand editions provided by Amazon.
The content is exactly the same, but the official copies definitely have a nicer overall finish in terms of color, print quality, and overall polish, so I’m really happy that they finally arrived and are now available internationally for all of you.
Thank you all so much for your patience 💛

📼 One small heads-up:
I’ve been working on a video course based on my books, and it will be officially launched through the publisher soon. Unlike my live courses, this one will be a pre-recorded video course with structured lessons that you can study at your own pace.
I was told it’s expected to be released sometime next month, and I’ll share more updates about that soon.
Thank you all, always, for your support and enthusiasm for learning Korean 🌳

You’ll get to revisit the same grammar points in different contexts, giving you plenty of opportunities for comprehensible input & retrieval - which are key to helping what you’ve learned stick. Along the way, you’ll also pick up a wide range of useful words, phrases, and expressions.
They’re also restructured as homework so you can use them on your own, and you’ll also be given writing assignments with personalized corrections. This means your learning doesn’t stop in the classroom. You’ll be able to have your own “immersive environment” even outside classes.
If you’ve ever felt stuck at the intermediate level, this course will boost you to move forward 🚀
I’ll do my best to guide you, challenge you, and motivate you to keep making progress. 같이 한국어 실력을 업그레이드 시켜봅시다!📈✨

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for joining today’s live class. There was a microphone disconnection issue during the session, so the audio quality from about 10 minutes in until the end wasn’t very good. (It ended up being recorded with the computer’s default microphone 🥲) So I’m going to re-upload the playback video with the separately recorded audio from my phone added in.
This will be much more convenient for you when watching it back.
I'll try to have it up soon 😊 Thank you again for coming to the class! 💛
