As a recovering people-pleaser, chronic fixer, perfectionist and high functioning self-abandoner, I disappeared because a part of me had to die and I had to practice what I preach.

For years I was overgiving, overworking, over-functioning. It felt like devotion, discipline and purpose, but underneath it was depletion. I built an identity around being the one who holds everyone until I collapsed.

Over the past 2,5 years I did not recognize myself. In January I stopped and in February, all of a sudden, didn’t want nor care to exist anymore. I then allowed mysef to be in this zero point and since then I’ve been embracing the void.

I’m now learning how to be human without performing, without pleasing, without producing and how to rest without guilt.

Currenty taking baby steps back online, emerging as someone quieter, clearer, less urgent & more sovereign.

If you’re in your own dismantling right now — I see you. Silence can be sacred and sometimes disappearing is the most honest thing we can do. 💖

At the same time, durign the past 9 months I learned to stand up for myself, to say "No" and to choose myself, which was soemthing i had never done before and with that, miracles started pouring in.

In October 2025, standing in the parking lot, I casually pointed at a building and said: “The luckiest people in the neighbourhood are on the ground floor in that building.” It was mostly just an observation with a hint of a wish.

Our apartment had almost no sunlight, I fell several times down the stairs, Kosmos was stumbling on them almost every week and the expensive rent didn’t make sense.

We wished to live on the ground floor, in a small apartment, on the corner of a building, with a small garden, while saving up money to build our small dream home. We also love this area, so we wouldn’t want to leave.

In December, a ground-floor corner apartment in the exact building I pointed towards became available. We applied and were number 10 in line. My hubby said it’s impossible, but I reminded him: “there is no spoon”.

We moved in march-april. It’s half the size of our old apartment, technically meant for one person, but it’s a ground floor, corner unit with a garden and sun in “the best building in the neighborhood.” 🥳
And miracles keep pouring in, while my body slowly adapting to a way of being that is aligned with my core essence.
I created a new website, with new freebies in 3 different languages and the Becoming Galactic course. Today I'm uploading my art as well, if you wish to support my work by downloading artwork that is meant for grounding and activation. 🙏

When you don’t push, cling or force, when you just affirm your needs from a neutral, playful, curious state of being, and YOU LIVE according to those needs, life rearranges itself and responds to the frequency you’re holding.

I am guilty of lying to make others comfortable, happy and to be nice.

I lie to myself and others with how I dress, my music, how I eat and perform. I can’t accept compliments and tell myself I’m awful (when I’m awesome), to stay small.

Until today, I worked for free 92% of my working life, to not be a burden and make things easy for others. I‘ve let people (ab)use me to make them happy.

I toned down my way of being, looking and doing things, to not cause distress or bring shame to others, to “fit in”, be loved and accepted.

I jumped in to help everyone when help was needed or when I was asked for it, even though my state of being was completely depleted and I couldn’t even deal with my own stuff. For over 3 decades I gave form an empty cup.

From this moment on I start to tell and act by my core personal truth.

Living the truth is not about becoming a loud mouth and spilling all the beans all over the place.

It’s about integrity and self-respect. Not doing anything that causes any type of imbalance or that makes you feel heavy or tense in any way. It’s about the life you want to have and aligning yourself with that. Not eating stuff that doesn’t serve your needs, not hiding, etc.

If it’s unsafe, write your truth and implement it when you are safe or get help if you need to.

This is about freeing yourself & ending suffering.
Would you be able to stop lying for a month? At least a week? And at least to yourself?

I love @themarthabeck and I’m incredibly grateful that she showed up in my life at this time, making me feel, yet again, less “crazy”, confirming my non-conformist ways of perceiving the world and of naturally processing trauma and false, limiting beliefs for myself and with those who wish to work with me.

I love reading her confirmations, her brilliantly simple ways of achieving a state of integrity, the humour with which she express her insights and the sparks of epiphanies sprinkled throughout these pages.

This one came to me in meditation 5 years ago. This digital artwork started as a sketch and then took shape as I began assembling different personal photos I took in Madeira, some Hubble images and a bit of play.

“Lotus of Life Frequencies” is a Light Codes Activation to return to our Essence, our Origins, to ourselves.

The Lotus of Life is one of the most powerful instruments of Sacred Geometry for Regeneration, Healing, Magic and Love available to us.

The Spirit is our True Self, Highest Self, Divine Self, Fractal of Source which contains the infinity of all that has ever been, all that is and all that will ever be.
The Soul is a fractal of the Spirit, the infinite variety of unique consciousness that incarnates here and there to experience infinite versions of infinite realities, while the Spirit remains “intact”, yet ever evolving with every extra experience accumulated by the Soul fractals.

The Soul is the eternal, individuated aspect of your consciousness — the part of you that carries your unique essence, memories, and experiences across lifetimes. It’s like a divine blueprint, holding the lessons you’ve learned, your purpose, and your energetic signature. The soul grows, and incarnates to experience, learn, and expand. It is your higher self, higher mind and your multidimensional aspects.

The Spirit is primordial life force, the divine spark that animates all living beings. It’s the aspect of you that is universally connected to everything — the direct link to the infinite, untouched by experience or identity. Spirit is formless, infinite, and the bridge between your human self and the divine collective consciousness.

Soul = Your eternal, evolving self (the traveler), in Romanian called “suflet” which comes from breath, your unique blue print energy.

Spirit = The divine essence & primordial life force energy (the energy that fuels the journey).

Soul is the consciousness that make you up and Spirit is the essence of All That Is.

Another way to see it is as spirit being the tree trunk with the branches and soul being the life force energy that breathes life into each individual leaf 🌱💙🌈☀️
