I am guilty of lying to make others comfortable, happy and to be nice.

I lie to myself and others with how I dress, my music, how I eat and perform. I can’t accept compliments and tell myself I’m awful (when I’m awesome), to stay small.

Until today, I worked for free 92% of my working life, to not be a burden and make things easy for others. I‘ve let people (ab)use me to make them happy.

I toned down my way of being, looking and doing things, to not cause distress or bring shame to others, to “fit in”, be loved and accepted.

I jumped in to help everyone when help was needed or when I was asked for it, even though my state of being was completely depleted and I couldn’t even deal with my own stuff. For over 3 decades I gave form an empty cup.

From this moment on I start to tell and act by my core personal truth.

Living the truth is not about becoming a loud mouth and spilling all the beans all over the place.

It’s about integrity and self-respect. Not doing anything that causes any type of imbalance or that makes you feel heavy or tense in any way. It’s about the life you want to have and aligning yourself with that. Not eating stuff that doesn’t serve your needs, not hiding, etc.

If it’s unsafe, write your truth and implement it when you are safe or get help if you need to.

This is about freeing yourself & ending suffering.
Would you be able to stop lying for a month? At least a week? And at least to yourself?

I love @themarthabeck and I’m incredibly grateful that she showed up in my life at this time, making me feel, yet again, less “crazy”, confirming my non-conformist ways of perceiving the world and of naturally processing trauma and false, limiting beliefs for myself and with those who wish to work with me.

I love reading her confirmations, her brilliantly simple ways of achieving a state of integrity, the humour with which she express her insights and the sparks of epiphanies sprinkled throughout these pages.

This one came to me in meditation 5 years ago. This digital artwork started as a sketch and then took shape as I began assembling different personal photos I took in Madeira, some Hubble images and a bit of play.

“Lotus of Life Frequencies” is a Light Codes Activation to return to our Essence, our Origins, to ourselves.

The Lotus of Life is one of the most powerful instruments of Sacred Geometry for Regeneration, Healing, Magic and Love available to us.
It is the Life Force that flows through All That Is. The core of Allconsciousness, The Ever-Expanding Heart of Hearts.

The Spirit is our True Self, Highest Self, Divine Self, Fractal of Source which contains the infinity of all that has ever been, all that is and all that will ever be.
The Soul is a fractal of the Spirit, the infinite variety of unique consciousness that incarnates here and there to experience infinite versions of infinite realities, while the Spirit remains “intact”, yet ever evolving with every extra experience accumulated by the Soul fractals.

The Soul is the eternal, individuated aspect of your consciousness — the part of you that carries your unique essence, memories, and experiences across lifetimes. It’s like a divine blueprint, holding the lessons you’ve learned, your purpose, and your energetic signature. The soul grows, and incarnates to experience, learn, and expand. It is your higher self, higher mind and your multidimensional aspects.

The Spirit is primordial life force, the divine spark that animates all living beings. It’s the aspect of you that is universally connected to everything — the direct link to the infinite, untouched by experience or identity. Spirit is formless, infinite, and the bridge between your human self and the divine collective consciousness.

Soul = Your eternal, evolving self (the traveler), in Romanian called “suflet” which comes from breath, your unique blue print energy.

Spirit = The divine essence & primordial life force energy (the energy that fuels the journey).

Soul is the consciousness that make you up and Spirit is the essence of All That Is.

Another way to see it is as spirit being the tree trunk with the branches and soul being the life force energy that breathes life into each individual leaf 🌱💙🌈☀️

According to the old Roman calendar, March 1 marked the beginning of the new year and the celebration of "Matronalia," dedicated to Mars, the god of war, nature’s forces, spring, and agriculture. This date was associated with the tradition of Mărțișor, a custom symbolizing the renewal of life and the arrival of spring.

The origins of Mărțișor are at least 8000 years old. Archaeological discoveries in Mehedinți County, Romania, reveal necklaces made of small river stones painted in red and white. The Dacians wore these necklaces, with red symbolizing blood, the sun, and the life-bearing energy of women, while white represented the clarity of water and the wisdom of men. The intertwined red and white string symbolized the harmony of these forces.

In Dacian times, the Mărțișor was considered an amulet with solar protective powers, believed to bring beauty and fertility. People wore it until the trees bloomed, after which they hung it from the branches to transfer its blessings to nature. Over time, the tradition spread across the Balkans, evolving to represent optimism, faith, and the balance of life’s cycles — day and night, life and death, winter and summer.

There are two legends tied to Mărțișor. One tells of a demon who kidnapped the sun, plunging the world into darkness. A brave man fought the demon to free the sun, but got wounded in the battle. His blood spilled onto the snow, and snowdrops bloomed from that spot, becoming the heralds of spring.

The second legend tells of Spring walking through a meadow when she found a snowdrop struggling to grow in the snow. She cleared the snow to help it, but Winter, infuriated, sent an icy chill to destroy the flower. Spring shielded the snowdrop, warming it, but got hurt. Her blood revived the flower, and thus conquered Winter.

Originally, people wore the Mărțișor to attract luck and happiness. Today, it remains a cherished symbol of hope, resilience, and the cycle of life.

Mărțișor fericit!
Conform vechiului calendar roman, 1 martie a marcat începutul noului an și sărbătoarea "Matronalia" dedicată lui Marte, zeul războiului, al forţelor naturii, al primăverii și al agriculturii. Această dată a fost asociată cu tradiția Mărțișorului, un obicei simbolizând reînnoirea vieţii și sosirea primăveri.

Originile Mărțișorului sunt vechi de cel puțin 8000 de ani. Descoperirile arheologice din judeţul Mehedinți, România, scot la iveală coliere din pietre mici de râu pictate în roșu și alb. Dacii purtau aceste coliere, cu roșu simbolizând sângele, soarele și energia purtătoare de viaţă a femeilor, în timp ce albul reprezenta claritatea apei și înțelepciunea bărbaţilor. Șnurul roșu și alb împletit simboliza armonia acestor forțe.

Oamenii l-au purtat până când copacii au înflorit, după care I-au atârnat de ramuri pentru a-i transfera binecuvântările naturii. De-a lungul timpului, tradiția s-a răspândit în Balcani, evoluând pentru a reprezenta optimismul, credința și echilibrul ciclurilor vieții - zi și noapte, viață și moarte, iarnă și vară.

Sunt două legende legate de Mărțișor. Una spune
despre un zmeu care a răpit soarele, cufundând lumea în întuneric. Un viteaz I-a înfruntat pe zmeu și a redat astrul cerului și oamenilor, dar a fost rănit în luptă. Sângele lui s-a vărsat pe zăpadă, iar ghioceii au înflorit din acel loc, devenind vestitorii primăverii.

A doua legendă povestește despre primăvara
plimbându-se printr-o poiană când a găsit un ghiocel răsărit în zăpadă. Ea a vrut să-l ajute, dar iarna, înfuriată, a trimis un fior de gheață pentru a distruge floarea. Primăvara a protejat ghiocelul, încălzindu-l, dar a fost rănită. Sângele ei a reînviat floarea și astfel a cucerit iarna.

Inițial, oamenii purtau Mărțișorul pentru a atrage
norocul și fericirea. Astăzi, rămâne un simbol preţuit al speranţei, rezistenței și al ciclului vieții.
