Welcome to the channel! I’m a born and raised Torontonian that has a passion for urban planning, transit, elevators and exploring the city! I’ve been into these hobbies since I was little and I’m happy to share them with the world. I post three videos per day and here is my upload schedule with all times in EST:
9:00 AM: Transit video
3:00 PM: Elevator video
8:00 PM: Walking video
For those that have an interest in urban planning, my walking videos tend to go more-in depth but I’m also thinking of making separate videos focused on that as well. Thanks for your support and hope you enjoy the videos!

A FINAL VERDICT ON LINE 6:
Well I needed a few days to process everything that’s happened since opening day, including reading comments and news reports on the slow speeds. Instead of making a whole ass video like my friend @destination-travels I’ll just talk about it here. We spent 3 billion for a new LRT line only for it to be slower than the bus it replaces, which is absurd. It’s unacceptable that these trains have to get stuck behind red lights or crawl at a snail’s pace. People in these underserved neighbourhoods have waited years for rapid transit and this is what they get. It takes an everage 45 to 55 minutes for a one-way journey, but my last ride on Monday (video coming soon) took 43 minutes, which was better than Sunday. But that doesn’t change the fact that the speeds are so bad. And that’s why people are calling the Finch West LRT a “glorified streetcar” because it’s no different than the ones downtown.
It was only yesterday that the City announced that they will activate transit signal priority on both Lines 5 and 6. While this is obviously very good, it should’ve happened since the start. It’s really not that hard to do. Advocates and city councillors have really pressured the City and TTC to really do something about it after the initial results. Yes, I understand why people are saying that the buses are faster than the LRT, but this is only the start. We'll give it some time and come back in Spring to see it all smoothened out. By implementing TSP, this LRT and others will be much faster than it is now and it’ll give transit priority over left-turning vehicles.
Line 6 isn’t a failure, but still beneficial for residents of northwest Toronto. At least the trains are comfortable and will reduce overcrowding that was already seen on the 36 Finch West bus. While it’s great that we have this new LRT line, it really needs to be worked on. That’s why they have the “soft launch” so they can iron out the kinks. The current speeds and travel times are obviously frustrating but we won’t have to deal with this for much longer. The City has to get very serious about this now.

Some very noticeable updates to the subway maps. The ones on the T1s really stand out.

The rumours are true. The Line 6 Finch West LRT is OFFICIALLY opening on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Despite the long wait, I’m actually pretty excited and even though it’s opening before Line 5, I’ll take it as it’s better than nothing.
Later this week (weather pending) I’ll make a walking video along part of the route to talk about the line and my personal takes. I’ll try to get that video up as soon as I can once it’s done. Of course, I will be there on opening day, so if you see me feel free to say hello!

Big changes are coming to the TTC and it’s literally happening very soon. The question is: will this wait even be worth it? Stay tuned for a lot of content this fall/winter.

Thanks so much guys for getting me here! Y’all are amazing and this channel would’ve not been here without your support. However, I’m not gonna make a special video just because this milestone isn’t that huge but it signifies the growth of the channel’s popularity. I’ll wait till we get to 5K lol.

These were my favourite buses growing up and were probably the most overfilmed buses on my channel in my five years of Youtubing. After 19 years, the 2006 Orion VII OG Hybrids are no more. I still have a few more videos of them to publish but until then, they will be missed by most Toronto transit enthusiasts like myself.
