Enlightened Living
On February 18, 2026, Bro. Kenneth Copeland released his anointing as a prophet upon LySandra, me, and two of our children.
We are deeply grateful for his obedience to God, his generosity of spirit, and the honor of receiving from his life and ministry.
This divine experience is the result of a couple of dreams the Lord gave me.
Here is how they unfolded:
Several years ago, I had a dream. In the dream, the Lord made it clear:
If I wanted to catch Bro. Copeland’s anointing, I had to be in the building — and I would only have four minutes to do so. At the time, I did not fully understand it.
Then on February 18, 2024, I dreamed of Bro. Copeland again.
In this dream, I was at the Kenneth Copeland Ministers’ Conference, and he prophesied to LySandra and me that the world would soon know us as prophets.
That dream came to pass on January 20, 2026, at the Ministers’ Conference. Billye Brim publicly prophesied to LySandra and me, calling us seers — prophets — just like the dream.
Immediately following her session, Bro. Copeland announced that he would no longer be traveling.
After his announcement, I understood the meaning of the first dream. His anointing would only be disbursed at KCM within a very short window.
I called Barry Tubbs, my contact at KCM, to share the dream about catching Bro. Copeland’s anointing. He returned my call on Friday, February 13th, 2026, and told me that on Tuesday the 17th, Bro. Copeland would begin taping new episodes of the Believer's Voice of Victory television broadcast. Though it was very short notice, he offered for me to come and sit under Bro. Copeland’s anointing during the live tapings. He understood the urgency and wanted to give me the opportunity to get in the building while Bro. Copeland was there — just as the dream had instructed.
That meant I had four days to get in the building.
(Four minutes in the dream meant four days in real life.)
My wife and I knew it was an assignment from God. We didn’t care about the cost of last-minute flights or travel expenses. We knew we needed to get in the building and sit under his anointing — and that’s exactly what we did.
Providentially, our daughter Dr. BryAndra and our youngest son Micaiah were able to join us.
We sat in the BVOV recordings on Tuesday and Wednesday as he recorded with Mike Evans.
After the Wednesday recordings, he met with us in private and shared many valuable words.
Then it happened.
On February 18, 2026 — exactly two years to the day from the dream where we were called to the office of prophet — Bro. Copeland joined hands with the four of us and released his prophetic anointing, allowing what rests upon his life to flow into ours. We were able to receive his anointing just as the first dream instructed — that if I got in the building, it would happen.
The precision of God’s timing is undeniable.
Bro. Barry later told me that I was the first person to obey God’s voice and get in the building to catch his anointing. They desire other pastors and five-fold ministers connected to KCM to come and sit under Bro. Copeland’s anointing in the building.
