How to Create a Disk Partition? | Step-by-Step Guide | አዲስ ፓርቲሽን መፍጠር
1. Disk Management መክፈት
🔅 የኮምፒውተሮን Start Button ላይ Right-click ያድርጉ።
🔅 ከሚመጣው ዝርዝር ውስጥ Disk Management የሚለውን ይምረጡ.
2. ያለውን ቦታ መቀነስ (Shrink)
🔅 አሁን ያለውን C: drive (ወይም ትልቁን ፓርቲሽን) ያግኙ።
🔅 በላዩ ላይ Right-click አድርገው Shrink Volume የሚለውን ይጫኑ።
🔅 ኮምፒውተሩ ምን ያህል ቦታ መቀነስ እንደሚቻል ለማስላት ትንሽ ጊዜ ይወስዳል.
3. መጠኑን መወሰን
🔅 "Enter the amount of space to shrink in MB" በሚለው ሳጥን ውስጥ
🔅 ለ D: drive የሚፈልጉትን መጠን በሜጋባይት (MB) ይጻፉ።
🔅 ለምሳሌ 300GB ለ D: drive ከፈለጉ፣ 307200 ብለው ይጻፉ (300 x 1024 = 307200)። 🔅 🔅 ከዚያም Shrink የሚለውን ይጫኑ.
4. አዲሱን ፓርቲሽን መፍጠር
🔅 አሁን Unallocated የሚል ጥቁር ቀለም ያለው ባዶ ቦታ ይፈጠራል።
🔅 በዚህ Unallocated ቦታ ላይ Right-click ያድርጉና New Simple Volume የሚለውን ይምረጡ።
🔅 የሚመጣውን Wizard ተከትለው Next ይበሉ።
🔅 ለድራይቩ ፊደል (ለምሳሌ D, E, F) ይምረጡና Next ይበሉ።
🔅 File System NTFS መሆኑን አረጋግጠው Finish ይበሉ።

📌 አሁን አዲሱ ፓርቲሽን ተፈጥሮ ፋይሎችን ለማስቀመጥ ዝግጁ ይሆናል።

In Ethiopia, overtime pay is legally required for work beyond the standard 8 hours per day or 48 hours per week. The minimum overtime rates are: 1.25× for regular daytime overtime (6 a.m.–10 p.m.), 1.5× for night hours (10 p.m.–6 a.m.), 2× for work on weekly rest days, and 2.5× on public holidays. These multipliers are applied to the employee’s regular hourly rate, which is usually calculated by dividing the monthly salary by 192 hours (approximate working hours in a month).

To calculate overtime pay: first determine the hourly wage, then multiply it by the appropriate overtime rate and the number of overtime hours worked. For example, if a worker earns 10,000 ETB/month, their hourly rate is about 52 ETB. If they work 10 hours of night overtime, they earn 52 × 1.5 × 10 = 780 ETB extra. Employers must comply with legal limits on maximum overtime (e.g., 2 hours/day or 100 hours/year) and ensure proper documentation and timely payment.
