I'm working on my case studies for my Crystal Healing Diploma (the second year of advanced training after certification), and my last session was all about healing Chiron in the natal chart - the archetype of the Wounded Healer.

Chiron reveals our deepest wounds and our highest healing potential. It teaches us how to alchemise pain into purpose not just for ourselves, but to help others too.

During the treatment, my cat Rumi lay under the healing couch the entire time… and then claimed it for himself for the rest of the day. He’s basically my crystal assistant at this point 😂

I'm loving the integration of astrology, energy, and crystal therapy 🐾✨

One of my favorite practices isn’t just setting intentions at the #NewMoon...it’s anchoring a frequency. And with the New Moon tomorrow (Aug 23), it’s the perfect time to share this with you.

New Moons are a reset button. They’re not just about goals; they’re about recalibrating your energetic baseline.

Here’s my ritual:

I write my intentions in the present tense, as if they’re already true.

For example: “I am deeply grounded as I make quantum leaps in my business” or “I am surrounded by soul-aligned collaborators who amplify my #abundance.”

Then, 6 months later at the Full Moon in the same sign, I revisit my words. And almost every time, it’s uncanny how much has already manifested.

Why? Because I wasn’t just “asking” - I was embodying the frequency NOW.

🌑 This isn’t about wishing or even making a to do list. It’s about anchoring in a new version of yourself.

Our bodies aren’t just "vessels"...they’re sacred portals into abundance. How we tend them shapes how much true wealth, joy, and energy we can actually hold.

What are your favourite ways to connect with your body?

For me, movement has been the clearest teacher. Over the years I’ve practiced yoga, danced, hiked, and hit the gym - sometimes I’ve overdone it, sometimes I’ve resisted it...but always, my body shows me the truth.

It grounds me, regulates my nervous system, and opens space for abundance to flow.

Not to mention teaching me a TONNE about discipline, devotion and discernment - When to push. When to rest. When tension is asking to be released.

So I’m curious - how does your body open the door to abundance?

PS - the pic is me doing gentle neck rolls - such a simple practice, but powerful when life tightens everything up.
