Allow me to introduce you to Frank the Frog pen holder! He will keep you from losing your pen!
I bought a pack of 100 BIC pens a while ago and I had to save the very last one that remains. I have no clue where the other 99 went. You know how stores keep their pens on a string? Yeah, that is not going to work because I have to write stuff down elsewhere, too. This gave me an idea! Instead of a string this design used an emotional attachment to keep you from misplacing your pen. Frank will be deeply sad if you don’t bring back his property!
This project resulted in a ton of prototypes because I wanted this mechanism to work flawlessly with default settings and no support. You don’t even need an AMS, all single-color parts. The BIC pen is the most common pen in the world, and you will already have one at home. If you don’t, these cost close to nothing and are identical all over the world.
The design is printed in under 3 hours and only uses about 80 grams of filament. Frank already has a special place in my heart because he is so cute. I am 100% certain that this solves my pen problem long term because I can’t make this little cutie sad.

My full 3d printed organic waste bin with many features!
Download link: than.gs/m/1455233

I designed an organic waste bin a while ago, but I wanted to make a better one that comes with a few features that I massed. I like to eat a lot of veggies so mine filles up rather quickly.
I wanted to give it a few features to make life easier.
The lid has an adjustable ventilation, while the bottom comes with a removable strainer for less odor and mold. The handle locks the lid comfortably in place when you want to carry it out. The indentation makes it super easy to empty it, even with just one hand. All parts are super quick to take apart, to get it clean. The knob also doubles as tool to remove the strainer without getting your hands dirty.
I love how this turned out, and it actually ended up being pretty while super functional!

This project is something really special. I used all of my best red-branded bracket mushroom scans that I collected over three years and two countries for this big assembly. This mushroom is not only one of the prettiest out there, but also one of the most “shelfable” ones. Their top is pretty much flat already.
I wanted to preserve the awesome three colors, but I don’t want you to waste tons of material on a multi-color print, or maybe you don’t have an AMS. I therefore split them all up into their color zones! This was a crazy big task, since this is really tricky. Even though those are big wall shelves, they actually work on an A1 mini without AMS! I am kind of proud of that.
The actual Inspiration for this is even better though, the biggest of the gang I actually the same mushroom that I scanned for the first formitopsis pinicula project!! It grew into a massive piece of art and almost exactly two years later I re-scanned it. The original one was actually my very first real mushroom scan; it has the number 001! So, this is actually a really really special project for me.

I hope you like it as much as I do and can appreciate all the effort that went into it!

My new modular hanging planter!
Download link: than.gs/m/1427175
I needed to go vertical with my somewhat out-of-control plant hoarding. This is what I came up with! A fully 3d printed modular hanging planter.

I made a hanging planter a long while ago and it was time to make a new and better one. Since I recently moved, I had to restructure all of my plants (of which I have way too many). My windowsill space is limited so I had to go vertical. Bach when I made the old planter I had curtain rails, so the mounting with string was working well. Without curtains I had to come up with a better and more modular solution. I made three different types of mounts for ceiling, wall and curtain rail. You can also freely configure the length of the chain. This design is now 100% 3d printed! It comes with a twist-off drip tray that brain from lofted goods popularized.

I ended up creating a really pretty corner in my living room with three of these. I love how they turned out. All parts work really slick, and the functionality is top!

My tiramisu tissue box is out now! than.gs/m/1392492

I do not remember where this idea really came from. I was scribbling in my notebook, and it somehow appeared. I have not yet made a tissue boy design, so I definitely wanted to give it a try.

I went out and bought biscuits to scan them. After measuring a few tissue boxes, I came up with my desired size and made sure to check in the discord that at least width and length fit are very common. Since you can just remove the tissues from their box by opening in on the side you can use any height that vendors sell. If you end up with a taller box, simply keep it as a refill! This way you can also use wider tissues and just slightly cram them in there.

I stacked up my scans and sculpted all of the cream in blender since I am not a particularly gifted baker, but that was actually fun!

I really tried hard to make this printable in single color but after considering every possible option to split up the model it just would not work. So, this is a multi-color print, but I optimized it very carefully to produce minimal waste! Only 50g of poop vs a 460g model. This way the cocoa on top also looks way better than just having a flat brown part there.

This design needs exactly a bambu-type sized print bed with 256 x 256 mm. I could not get it any millimeter smaller since the box is already 231mm long.

I think this turned out really cute!
