An update on my previous post, which I’ve now taken down: the Mavic 3 replacement I got is doing a-ok! It was my bad for not updating the firmware prior to writing that post :). With that said though and great weather, more to come soon!
So sorry I haven’t posted in a while, I’ve just been quite burnt out tbh. I still enjoy making videos from time to time, so I try to film when I feel most motivated to do so, rather than forcing it as that can very much show in the end video! Honestly the biggest hurdle for me is editing every time which is unfortunate because editing used to my my absolute favorite thing to do, but now that it’s technically a job, it’s not as fun anymore. Anyways, I hope y’all are staying safe, especially the 1% of my Ukrainian audience 🇺🇦!

It’s a Christmas miracle!! Thanks DJI :) - I’m still going to make a video about my ENTIRE repair experience as well as what I’ve learned about ActiveTrack 5.0 from DJI as I said before though. Stay tuned for that everyone as soon as I get my replacement!

$613USD. DJI wants $613 USD to repair/replace my Mavic 3 that crashed due to Active Track 3 slamming it into a tree. I’m disappointed in @DJISupportGlobal - I’ll be reaching out to the email to ask for further clarification on how they deemed the crash as not covered, but I don’t expect things to change. Nothing else quite like putting the finishing touches on my Mavic 3 review yesterday rightttt before DJI released the newest update which largely invalidates the majority of my complaints! Gotta go reshoot some stuff. Ugh…but I’m glad the features are here!!
