So first a jailer chose to sexually assault 13 inmates at least 15 times that they could still charge. Also this was not the first time they knew of him doing this…..
But once I got out I was going after this sheriff because as you can see he had this form revised in January of 2002 referencing WI § 303.08. When you read sub (5) you may notice that the sheriff chose to reenumerate the statute to benefit himself by collecting funds for the county…..unlawfully. This actually cause my child support to go unpaid while being in work release for not paying a crackhead child support!
Sure by law that was contempt of a court order. But isn’t visitation a court order? Lol I even asked for a guardian ad litem when I knew she had gotten caught with 3 ounces of crack cocaine. But they just wanted me in jail and to keep her out there as a CI.

Former Corrections Sergeant David W. Bickford CCAP. Notice that there was no bail or bond required? Notice that they charged misdemeanors and did not charge him with 15 counts of violating WI § 940.29 Abuse of residents of a penal facility which is a Class I felony.
Look at the notices of victims initials and dates of birth. The last of the assaults was in November of 2002. J.F.D.N. 02/24/1985 was 17 so why no charge for sexually assaulting a minor?
