I planted red onion seedlings throughout this GreenStalk this weekend.
I wanted to keep it simple and see how they do in this setup. Onions don’t need much depth, and this makes it easy to keep the watering consistent.
This is the razzleberry color, which they brought back for the Mother’s Day sale. I’ve been using these vertical planters for six years now, and keep reusing them for different crops each season. They’re a family-run company, and I had the chance to meet their team last year—everyone was genuinely kind and thoughtful about what they’re building 🌷
If you’re planning to get one, it’s worth signing up for their email list—they’re giving early access and things usually sell out quickly: rstr.co/greenstalkgarden/marisgarden

Hi friends! I know I promised a video about the greenhouse community project that I’m involved with at the end of last video to be posted next, but GreenStalk is having their biggest sale of the year starting this week and I decided to post the video about planting a full GreenStalk with onions first, since so many of you came to my channel because of previous greenstalk videos.
I’m still editing the greenhouse video and I’ll try to have that one up soon too!
Here’s the link to my video upload today: https://youtu.be/Y6gy_51i1EM?si=zoGAV...
As always, thank you so much for watching and for supporting my channel! I’m very grateful for all of you 🫶🏽

Planted my first GreenStalks of the season today! 🌱
I’m using their brand new berry cups for the first time—not for strawberries yet, but for succession planting while everything gets established.
Since I don’t have runners going right now, I’m using them to start small crops and fill pockets as plants finish. It keeps everything moving without needing extra trays or more space.
They attach right onto the pockets, so it’s a simple way to layer in new growth while the rest of the tower is still producing.
I shared more in my new YouTube video if you want to see how I’m using them in my setup: https://youtu.be/P6M9rFpuv1M

Feeling really grateful and honored to have a garden-to-table recipe featured in the new @greenstalkgarden Magazine, Grow Without Limits 🌱
This collaboration brings together so much of what I love—growing food with intention, cooking seasonally, and sharing what’s possible when the garden and kitchen truly work together. The vegetables on the crudité board in the recipe photos were all grown here in my own garden, which made this one feel especially meaningful.
This year’s issue highlights accessibility in gardening, practical growing tips, inspiring stories from gardeners across the country, and garden-to-table recipes.
The new issue is out now, and it’s shipping free through January 14th 💚
Also check out their Youtube channel to see a video on how to make this recipe: https://youtu.be/AHIVNSrfxk0
Thank you @greenstalkgarden for your continued support, always! 🌱

Hi friends, I got really busy week this week and didn’t get a chance to film a video. Unfortunately, I won’t have an upload for this week. We also have a freeze warning for tomorrow, so fingers crossed it won’t get too cold and the garden will still hang in there! 🤞🏽
