🚀 Amazon Already Gave Up On This Product… We Didn’t.
We took over a product with 7+ variations on Vendor Central doing just 2-3 sales a day.
Amazon had already moved on — the product was essentially abandoned. No ad support. No catalog love. No “bone to run.”
When we stepped in, it was a mess:
Backend? Completely broken. No keyword indexing.
Images? Horrible and outdated.
Listing structure? Disorganized.
Split reviews because of mismatched browse nodes.
Parent listing? Controlled by Amazon, not the brand. No way to manage it from Vendor Central.
Even worse — fixing anything in Vendor Central takes 14 days on average… compared to just 4–5 hours in Seller Central.
