You can’t hit a target you can’t see yet many women trying to conceive don’t know when they’re ovulating.
Some days ago, a woman walked into the clinic, anxious and teary-eyed.
“I’ve done everything right… Why am I not pregnant?” she asked.
As we talked, I discovered she had no idea what her fertile window was or what signs to look for during ovulation.
The truth is: Many women looking for pregnancy don’t know the signs of ovulation and that’s one of the most important keys!
KEY SIGNS OF OVULATION:
Clear, stretchy vaginal discharge (like raw egg white)
Mild pelvic or lower abdominal pain
Slight increase in body temperature
Increased sexual desire
Breast tenderness
