As you may have guessed, this is also an M24 hex nut for that big bolt i made before.
So we have a complete set:
Brass M24 Hex Nut & Bolt and Huge Bronze Wrench.

By the way, that steel wrench which I used for the bronze casting was made in Bulgaria and is quite rare.

What we see here is Malachite ore or Copper carbonate.
it is a Natural resource and a source of copper, the largest deposits located in Congo.
This malachite pieces can be converted into metallic copper through a reduction process,
which will be shown in video.
This is an ancient process that our ancestors used to extract metallic copper, they used bellows for air supply and critical heating and bone meal for smelting.

If you like such project about malachite ore pls share this video and comment, and I'll do more...

A week ago I found a big rusty wrench on a scrap waste pile, restored it and painted yellow.
I never seen such good quality wrenches, the steel is so good so i decide to cast it in copper ( bronze )

Btw, this wrench just perfectly fits on the m24 hex bolt I recently made,
but guess what else is missing?

Hello People,

A few days ago I found a big rusty bolt on the road,
Then I thought, what if I make an even bigger one but out of scrap trash?

For such big hex bolt I had to order a thread cutting tool and a locking device separately.
So I decide to make an m24 bolt.

Btw it is still without hex nut...

I'm taking break from metal casting,
because i really enjoy to work with clay...i cant say for sure which one i love more.
Just a moment ago this Tower was just a pile of red clay lying somewhere in quarry.
When clay is properly heated to critical temperatures it becomes Ceramic, It
acquires great hardness and changing it's color and structure.

On start 1st clay was brown and after furnace became red, the second one was like grey and became beige

Biggest Wrecking balls weight is 5400 kg
But have you ever seen a wrecking ball exactly 6000 times smaller?
This copper demolish ball weight is exactly 900 gram but not less destructive!
It can easily destroy a mini brick tower, or....fall on a leg from a height and it will be an unforgettable impression.

I just activated Community for Subs,

That means if you are my subscriber at least for 1 week you can also create your own topics disscussions, questions Cool? 😁 and many more

Btw was doing new mini project but unfortunatelly failed, crucible burned, and molten bronze leaked like a volcano on the ground 😪

2cond crucible leaked just when pouring into mold 🫢

Result is:
2 burned crucibles
Metal lost 500g copper and ~ 100g tin
Fuel lost, Coal

So actually sometimes short video takes too much effort to do 🫣
