I was a member of the Talent Marketing Board in my last role for a short time.

During my time there I got to know so many other practitioners, but the person who has made a lasting impact is the organization’s Relationship Manager, Kurt. Kurt has been my biggest cheerleader and partner in my career search - going above and beyond for me, and all of TMB’s members and previous members.

Thanks to Kurt, I have gotten several interviews, recently had the opportunity to lead a TMB Webinar on Talent Marketing Metrics, and have felt just a little less alone in my search.

If you are a job seeker, find the helpers. Find the people who believe in you and your success. Learn from peers, get a mentor, and keep pushing.
