📘 English can be funny sometimes!

In English, "read" and "read" are spelled the same...
But one is present tense (I read every day)
And the other is past tense (I read a book yesterday — sounds like “red”)! 🎨😄

🤯 English is confusing... or is it?

The word “nothing” is a compound of “no” and “thing” — so technically, it refers to something… that is nothing! 😵‍💫

Even more confusing?
In English, you can say:
“I did nothing” and “I did something” — and both are correct… but only one actually means you did anything. 😅
