My new and improved logo. Over the summer I took a deep look in to what I wanted to achieve here. I want my content to be more precise, sharper with shorter videos. This weekend that goes into practice with for the first time some voice overs. No more remembering the important specs. Or reading from sheets in front of the camera. Your time is precious and I get that. This weekend is where I aim to deliver far better content. I’ve even invested in a green screen and hope to add some lighter moments as and when possible.

This time out I’m trying and variation on my magnetic lamp idea. Here is one on the tarp for when I cook later. I also have another one for the tent. The beauty of these being magnetic is that they can go almost anywhere you need the light to be. Rather than be constrained by where the light hook is. Picture 3 is the magnets on the opposite side of the tarp.
These lamps are under £17 and come in a pack of three. Better still they are rechargeable.

3 campsites booked and a new arrival which Bella seems to have took a liking to. For me it’s just curiosity as to how these pop up tents perform.

If you watched my Somerset Vlog video that came out today. One item I tried was a DIY puck light that I made to be able to stick almost anywhere in the bedroom of a tent with use of magnets for attachment. No hooks for a lamp required!.
Today however I received a package in the post and these are bigger and brighter than the lamps I used in that video. Further more these are rechargeable and come with a handy remote control too.
Of course because they only arrived today I’ve yet to test them out in a camping environment. But once I have I will report my findings here in a video soon. I will say this though. I did find my DIY puck light with its remote control a worthy alternative to the traditional camping lantern.
I’ve also taken delivery of an Idoo inflatable airbed that’s 46cm high and comes with its own A/C plug to inflate and deflate. Ideal for a large tent and at a campsite where you have an electricity supply. Again I will report my findings in another video.

Just a few edits were made this morning. Im hoping to have my Somerset Vlog up later today as its just started rendering now. It's been quite a lot of work as you can see from my timeline on Premiere Pro.Video clips in blue with sound from those clips, Music in Green and graphics in purple.

Just uploading a new video. It’s currently 5am and after checking it later today I will release it. I just need to check the audio levels first. I was editing it together until just after midnight this morning.
Now this is a Vlog covering 4 nights so is a little longer. But there was a lot to pack in.
Also for future videos I’ve just ordered another tent yesterday which is coming on Monday. A tent the likes I’ve never tried before. That and another video of a rather small tent will be coming in the next few weeks

We’re having a wonderful time in Somerset. Warren Farm Holiday Centre is beyond brilliant, as is the beachcomber bar and restaurant. Bella has had her visit to Cheddar Gorge today. We did have to make an amendment to our accommodation before night 2 of 4
