I'm curious to know how yall's approach this: When you're making your definitive list of the best superhero films of all time, what's your primary criteria?
A. Being the pinnacle of the genre? Meaning, it excels specifically as a superhero film, embodying all the key elements and tropes that make superheroes great.
B. Being a great film, period? Where the quality of the filmmaking – the direction, acting, writing, etc. – is paramount, regardless of the superhero elements.
