GSTN ne ek important advisory issue ki hai regarding interest calculation under Table 5.1 of GSTR-3B.
🔍 Key Points (Simple Samjho): • GST portal ab delayed filing par interest auto-calculate karta hai
• Yeh interest next period ke GSTR-3B me Table 5.1 me auto-populate hota hai
• System-generated GSTR-3B PDF me iska detailed breakup dekh sakte ho
⚠️ Important Issue (Feb 2026):
Kuch taxpayers ke case me Feb-2026 ka interest galat calculate hua hai, jisme cash ledger balance ka proper benefit nahi mila
✅ Solution kya hai?
👉 GST Portal par “RE-COMPUTE INTEREST” ka option diya gaya hai
👉 Isse system dobara correct interest calculate karega
👉 Updated amount system-generated PDF me reflect hoga
📝 Final Advice:
• Hamesha updated GSTR-3B PDF check karo
• Agar difference dikhe to Table 5.1 me manually correct karo
• Dhyaan rahe: manually entered interest, system se kam nahi hona chahiye
💡 Conclusion:
Agar aapne Feb 2026 ka GSTR-3B file kiya hai ya karne wale ho, to ek baar interest jarur verify karein aur zarurat pade to re-compute karein.
