Central to this effort were the four great factions: The Eagle Union forging their path with innovative designs and a relentless spirit, the Royal Navy holding the bulwark of tradition with their own time-tested battleships, Iron Blood bringing forth the newest military innovations to the battlefield, and the Sakura Empire calling upon ancient spirits of war to fight modern battles.
