Welcome to Nature Sound Healing.
I have for a long time been actively working on how the sounds of nature can have a great effect on how we "heal" ourselves as humans, both after traumatic experiences and diseases, including how sound can have a pain-relieving effect on compounds in our brain that activate our brain and nervous system to "heal ourselves".
I myself, who was born and raised on the island in the Baltic Sea, Bornholm, have always used nature actively, especially the sound of the sea has always had a great effect on me.
Our tissues in the body move "rhythmically" and therefore we can also actively influence our body via the oscillations of sound in specific hertz areas depending on what we individually need to get support and help with.
I will over time make the videos very specific in terms of what you need help with, and I am very happy to receive inquiries about this.

Happy weekend y’all… please remember this weekend that secrets that might be revealed to us do not always hold the whole truth. Be wise. Follow your heart — and don’t get involved in the fuzz.
Sometimes it may be in someone’s greatest interest to control what you see, read, and hear. That is why it is so important to stay grounded in yourself. Trust what you genuinely sense beneath the noise.
Again — be the wise one. Observe quietly. Feel deeply. And do not follow the crowd just because it is loud.
I will also be optimizing my upload flow on the channel now that I finally have the time and peace to move on. There is so much more to come.
Sending you all so much love ❤️🌎

Last night’s sky seemed to whisper in symbols.
Sometimes the signs arrive in light, in form — in the way the horizon briefly remembers something ancient.
Please remember the subtle signs you see. Nature often speaks softly first. There are moments when light arranges itself like a message — for you, the one who still sees.

You are not separate from what you observe… and that changes everything.
You are part of nature — never divided, but always connected.
I noticed something this morning.
Before anything else… it was the sound. The small robin in my garden. Still there. Still returning. And something about that moment made everything else stand out more clearly.
Because spring doesn’t arrive all at once. It’s already happening.
The bees are out. Moving between the first flowers. Working together in a way that is so precise it almost goes unnoticed. Turning something light, almost nothing… into something that lasts.
And the flowers aren’t just passive in this. They respond.
Some of them actually wait for the right vibration—the sound of a bee’s wings—to release what they hold. Not randomly. Not separately. But in direct response.
Some flowers even rely on what’s called buzz pollination—responding to the vibration and sound of bees to release their pollen.
That stayed with me. Because nothing here is disconnected.
The white flowers come first. Then the yellow spreads. Year by year, growing into larger carpets—windflowers, erantis—returning, expanding. And now, in April, the blues and purples are starting to show.
You can see it. But you can also feel it. And I think that’s the part we’ve been taught to ignore.
We separate everything. Nature from us. Life into beginnings and endings. What we understand from what we don’t. But out there… nothing is doing that.
Everything continues. Everything responds. Everything is part of the same movement.
And when you actually stop for a moment—really stop—you can feel it again.
Not as an idea. Just… as something real.
If something has felt different lately… you’re not imagining it.
Go outside. Stand still. Listen. Because it’s already happening.
🌿 If you feel this, you’re welcome to stay here. I share more like this.
Please share, like and subscribe
Much love! —and Happy Easter out there🐣☀️

The Sun is active now in ways that can be measured. Increased solar activity influences Earth’s magnetic field, atmospheric dynamics, and biological rhythms. In ancient observation, these changes were understood as part of Earth’s own regulatory cycles,— not disruption, but adjustment.
Regulus lies close to the Sun’s path, in the heart of the Lion. For early sky watchers, it marked moments when timing, orientation, and balance were tested. Earth responds to light. When solar input intensifies, dormant forces activate and long-held tensions release.
As April 2026 approaches, several natural cycles converge: heightened solar activity, seasonal amplification, and accumulated geophysical stress. When alignments occur — solar, orbital, magnetic — Earth often responds with pronounced movement. These moments can feel dramatic, but they serve “correction”,- helping the planet settle into a more truthful rhythm.
What we experience as crumbling may simply be Earth adjusting itself — releasing imbalance to regain stability. Nature does not resist this process. It reorganizes.
I am currently getting my homepage settled, bringing things into place and clarity. A new free video is already on the editing board and will be released soon.
There is a lot of (very crazy) wild information moving through the field right now, and it’s easy to lose focus or become pulled into fear-based narratives.
I want to be very clear about this: staying grounded in small, positive points of focus is essential right now.
Deliberately turning negative thought patterns around is not avoidance — it is alignment. Attention is energy, and where we place it shapes how we move with these changes.
Advice: Do not stay stagnant. Movement, curiosity, and conscious redirection matter. Earth is shifting, light is increasing, and we are being asked to adjust with awareness rather than resistance.
The Sun brings the force of change.
Regulus, moving ahead of it along the same path, holds the longer view — a steady reference, an older presence that signals what is coming without urgency.
Seen this way, Regulus stands like an elder beside the Sun.
Change is not collapse — it is realignment.
But we will witness harsh collapses of old ways in the coming months. It will not be beautiful, yet it is necessary. These are corrective movements, required to adjust the path humanity is on.
More soon. Stay safe.
Note: This is NOT a prediction of specific events or dates, but an observational reading of converging natural cycles as understood in ancient sky-watching traditions.
Regulus — the ruling star — ruling, regulating, connecting.

A short update -it’s the end of 2025,- what I called the year of truth.
I am deeply grateful that people like Chris Bledsoe — and others with massive followings — continue to speak openly, and now, to share evidence as well.
I sincerely hope that in the coming year, more people will come to realize how thin the veil truly is, and that we never truly lose those we love.
For me, 2025 became a year of profound awakening. When Dennis crossed into another realm in May, it propelled me — suddenly and unmistakably — into a much higher state of awareness than I ever believed possible. What followed were experiences so intense and extraordinary that they were impossible to share with anyone at the time, before I could fully understand what on earth was unfolding.
Whether one approaches life as a skeptic or a believer, these experiences often arise through very real human events — loss, grief, severe illness, life-altering crises, or moments when everything we believed was solid suddenly breaks open.
Awakening rarely comes gently. More often, it arrives through the most difficult chapters of our lives.
At that point, we are faced with a choice:
to remain curious and move forward with what is being revealed —
or to close down, retreating into familiar explanations,
never discovering the full scope of what the human mind, heart, and consciousness are capable of.
The key word is — and always will be — kindness.
It may sound timeless, even simple, but it is far more than that.
It is a way of being — a conscious, human decision about how to live.
Letting go of what we cannot change, and choosing instead to connect with like-minded spirits — people, perspectives, and ways of seeing — brings us back to something humanity may have overlooked, but never truly lost.
Raise your frequency.
Choose kindness.
Everything lifts from there.
Happy New Year — I have a great deal unfolding, and I will share more very soon,- stay kind❤️🌎

Winter Solstice is approaching in a couple of hours.
I managed to catch the sunrise in the early hours this morning at the Louisenlund Standing Stones.
There is so much more to connect to at this site—and I do not believe it is by chance that these standing stones are placed 60 meters above the Baltic Sea. That alone makes me wonder whether they are far older than what established archaeology defines as the Bronze Age.
In fact, I sense that the patterns show an alignment with the 5,000-year-old Rispebjerg Neolithic sun temple, not far from my home.
I think we should all be brave enough now to deeply question the story of human beings that has been built on theory and guesswork.
The sky-aligned ancient sites reveal a far more evolved pattern—
and they are all coming to the surface.
On this day, when the shadows are longest,
turn on a candle and send out your best wishes for our shared road ahead.
Let the light shine on the shadows,
and let us dare to research what has been hidden for centuries.
Research — and speak loud of it.
And thanks to all the brave ones who continue to do so.
Much love ✨🕯️—Stay safe🤗

The ongoing story of 3I/ATLAS…
This year, the Winter Solstice arrives at the end of a massive cycle.
Throughout history, major comets have appeared at critical turning points for Earth:
the Great Comet of 1811 during global unrest and pre-industrial acceleration;
Halley’s Comet in 1910 at the dawn of the modern industrial age, and again in 1986 at the peak of Cold War nuclear tension;
Hale–Bopp in 1997 as the digital age emerged;
NEOWISE in 2020 during a global systemic reset;
and now 3I/ATLAS, arriving amid climate crisis, rapid AI expansion, and fractured human consciousness.
The pattern is clear.
Comets (bigger ones) do not appear randomly, but at threshold moments —when old systems can no longer hold,
when human intelligence outpaces consciousness,
and when Earth calls for reconnection.
These changes come with the particles carried by the comet —a quiet shower of light moving through the Universe, close to Earth.
Not here to destroy, but to remind.
The dust of a comet is older than nations,
older than borders,
older than the stories we argue over.
It carries no message. Yet it reminds us that we are made of matter that has survived constant change.
Much love — Happy Sun 🌞 Day

I’ll be making a longer video about this place soon — sharing my thoughts on why these massive stones were placed here.
They aren’t random. They seem deeply connected to the sky and the Sun’s yearly path.
The Summer Solstice Stone stands in a precise 55° NE direction — exactly where the Sun rises at midsummer.
Other large stones align with key points of the solar cycle, marking Solstices and the Sun’s position throughout the year.
This landscape still remembers the light. ✨
More to come…

Can the physical world store information from the light and energy that pass through it?
In this research (link below), scientists succeeded in storing and retrieving the quantum state of light using a solid-state material — a crystal. Not only that, they managed to do it with high efficiency and very little loss.
So:
👉 Matter can remember — even at the smallest scales of reality.
👉 Matter can hold more than form — it can hold information.
While this work focuses on quantum communication and secure information storage, it also opens a much wider door:
• Light carries information
• Crystals can hold that information
• The universe may store far more than we yet understand
For me, discoveries like this are a bridge between deep physics and the mysteries we feel in nature.
Science sometimes merely brushes against what intuition has always known: the world around us is not passive.
It interacts.
It responds.
It remembers.
And when I stand beside the menhirs — ancient stones that have absorbed centuries of sunlight, footsteps, and stories — I can’t help but wonder…
What memories are they holding?
Perhaps the Stone Tape Theory is much closer to reality — even to scientists. ☺️
