A day of eating
This is when I am trying to maintain/stay slightly above maintenance to fuel 2 daily training sessions.
If I was trying to lose weight I would simply cut back on the carbohydrates.
Breakdown of the day:
Meal 1
Eggs cooked in butter with a slice of sourdough bread topped with honey and butter

Banana & Mango Smoothie with greek yoghurt and honey

They are trying to convince you to eat this fake ultra processed garbage.
Operational costs are lower, shelf life is longer, and profit margins are higher in the production of plant based beef compared to real beef.
Raising cattle is expensive. You need land for the animals, feed the animals, give them water, which requires intense labour.
That’s why they want you to eat plants.
They simply make more money from it.
