❗️Her achievements since we started:
-2.1kg lighter 🔥
-Tighter mid section ✅
-Reduced back fat ✅
-Tighter thighs ✅
-Muscle definition in the glutes ✅

💪And here’s EXACTLY what we are doing for her current transformation so far.

✅She had been dieting for 2 years on her own. She initially did a great job and lost a bunch of weight.

❌But then, weight loss slowed down a ton.
❌Reached a low weight but struggled to get rid of body fat in certain areas. (Back fat, belly fat).
❌Her body wasn’t entirely looking how she imagined it would after losing all this weight. (Due to muscle loss - we’ll get to that below).

Here’s what we did:
1️⃣ None of you should be dieting for a full year without diet breaks. This is why she wasn’t losing weight. I gave her more food & carbs to regulate her hormones & spike her metabolism before returning to the cut.

2️⃣ Why did she still have unwanted fat around her body after losing that much weight? Majority of the weight she lost on her own was from muscle mass. This is where you end up thin, but still hold on to unwanted fat around your body. We improved how she trains in the gym and how she eats in order start losing most of the weight from her body fat. NOT her muscle mass.

3️⃣ How did we switch to burning more body fat instead of muscle? She started tracking her calories again. But it’s not just about calories in vs calories out like most people make it seem. I also increased her protein intake to the proper levels and reduced her fats intake from food.

To simply it:
👉Calorie deficit + Weight training + a high protein intake sends signals for your body to hold onto muscle and use body fat when it needs energy instead. Apply these basic principles and your weight loss WILL start to come from Bodyfat and not your muscles.

Your mission for an amazing physique is:
1️⃣Losing the weight from your BODY FAT.
2️⃣Adding weight to your MUSCLE MASS.

❌The #1 struggle in your attempt to get a physique you feel confident in, is losing a lot of WEIGHT from your MUSCLE MASS.

❌Then adding most of your WEIGHT in the form of BODYFAT when you bulk.

The quickest advice I can give you in this post:

🔥ON A CUT - Multiple your weight in kg by 2. This is your minimum protein intake during a cut.

🔥ON A CUT - Weight training at least 3 times a week. It will demand that your body holds onto your muscle, and burns Bodyfat when it needs extra energy instead.

🔥ON A BULK - Avoid gaining more than 1-2kg per month. Adjust your food intake accordingly.

🔥ON A BULK - Train HARD and more frequently. (4-6 times per week).

🔥ON A BULK - Learn how to do carb/calorie cycling. Only eat carbohydrates around your workouts. No workout that day? No carbs.
