Formerly Africa’s richest woman, Isabel Dos Santos has been dropped from Forbes’ 2021 Africa’s richest list. This is largely due to her kleptocratic history with the country's funds, which have led to her assets being frozen by courts in three different countries, with much of the remainder tied up in a lawsuit claiming hundreds of millions of dollars from her in unpaid debt.
