Youtube killed an old video of mine from december 2017 for graphic violence. It was an edit of a (popular) video of a lady hitting another one with a shovel, synched to a song from the gbc power rangers lightspeed rescue game. Despite this video being on youtube elsewhere, with many more views, and youtube promoting police dash cams and school shooter videos otherwise, it was deemed too violent, and was taken down immediately, and when I appealed, it was deleted unceremoniously and I was told it was "reviewed again and we found it still violated our policies". So a robot was wrong, and then a robot double checked itself and said it wasn't wrong, and I get no say. Now I have a permanent strike on my channel and nothing to show for it.
I have no idea when youtube will arbitrarily slap me with something like this again, but it's important to note that youtube will just arbitrarily slap you with this kind of garbage if the algorithm sees a basic ytpmv and misinterprets the video when it flips rapidly between mirrored images synched to music.
