Veteran actor Paresh Rawal recently shared that he drank his own urine — “sipped like beer” — to heal a knee injury faster, following advice from action director Veeru Devgan, who is also Ajay Devgn’s father.

Rawal said he stuck to the remedy for 15 days, and his recovery was faster than expected.

But medical experts caution there is no scientific evidence that urine therapy helps heal fractures, ligament injuries, or any musculoskeletal damage — and it can even pose health risks like dehydration and infection.

Security forces located the #Pahalgam attackers “at least 4 times” in different spots over the past 5 days, came “very close” to cornering them in the forests of South Kashmir — and, on one such occasion, even exchanged fire with them, The Indian Express has learnt.

“It’s a cat and mouse game. There have been moments where they have been visibly located. But by the time they could be engaged, they had escaped,” an officer from the military establishment told this newspaper.
