Evening Guys.

Im still getting on top of things regarding regular uploads. There will be a members video and update once a week between Monday and Wednesday and there will be a Public video every Friday as well as the shorts when I can get to them. This is the minimum, Ill upload more if I can. My apologies for taking so long to get back on track.

Tomorrows video is a very nice Raspberry Cyser and on Friday we have a Cherry Wine. Monday next week we have a lovely White Wine as well as an update or 2 early in the week and Fridays upload is an Ultra Budget Brew...........Im keeping quiet on that one.

Theres also an update on the vineyard channel if you want to take a look and there will be a brix testing video going on soon too.

I really hope you are all enjoying the videos and updates etc. Im enjoying making them and Ive been so busy brewing these last weeks and getting all the footage together for you. I have too many ideas that I dont know where to start, which I suppose is a good thing regarding content going forward.

🍇 VINEYARD CROSS-OVER UPDATE: Solaris Grape Harvest! 🍷 12 noon today GMT

Brew Lab family! The harvest has officially begun over at the Rainford Vineyard Project!

We’ve picked our primary batch of Solaris grapes at peak sugar levels, and primary fermentation kicked off a couple of days ago! The remaining vines need another week or two to ripen—though we're currently fighting off a few local wasps to protect the rest of the crop!
