Evening brewers.

Just saying hi as Ive been having to pull some long hours in the day job to make ends meet at the moment. January is always a tough month for us all.

I have a couple of videos on their way. A spiced white wine video and a mulled wine too! Theres also a spiced red wine filmed and ready for the editing table so to speak.

Ive got a budget series of 10 videos in the making and I need to make a lager, a cider and a white wine as well as many others. Its a good job I enjoy this! Haha.

Its so nice to see our community growing. So many knowledgeable brewers have joined us and a lot of newbies to the hobby too.

I salute you all and thanks for sticking arround for the journey.
