Is everyone aware that I have a new video up on creating or joining a MUTUAL ASSISTANT GROUP?
It’s strange because YouTube generally shows my videos to about 100,000 people the first few days.

This time they have only showed it to 30,000. That seems very weird to me.

I just saw a post on a prepper Facebook page posing the question “what skill should a prepper learn first”

90% of the answers were water purification, gardening, fire starting and canning.

My question is why does the majority of the preparedness community not care or want to learn about situational awareness? Firearms training and anything relating to self defense.

I’ve noticed some of my most informational videos about these topics are the least popular videos on my channel, such as the recent bug out tactics video.

Merry Christmas everyone. Quick channel *UPDATE*
This week’s video will be posted on Friday, a video I’m calling “not another damn bug out bag video” then we’re back to our weekly video schedule. I really needed an end of year break to re charge my creative batteries.
I also wanted to take a second to wish you all a very merry Christmas. Each and every one of you has made my year so amazing, I can’t thank you all enough. J&j, subdawg, Evan, the guy with blade as his profile pic, Richard, Marc, Craig, zeb and so many more folks who come back week after week!

A BRIEF MESSAGE/WARNING.

I've been sitting here writing some new videos. I always like to scroll through YouTube and see what people are watching and I have to admit something. Over the last month or two I have noticed over 100 new "prepper" channels. Every single one of these channels is generated with AI. All of the stock imagery that you see of some lady packing a suitcase while the voiceover is talking about fire starting is from a website called pixabay, or pexels.

I decided to go down a rabbit hole here and actually use the AI to see what the heck is going on and apparently there are now what's called AI YouTube farms. The sole purpose of these farms is to mass produce videos for YouTube to make money. And I gotta tell you something this really pisses me off. I really enjoy sharing my life experiences and skills with all of you, but I have noticed that many people who follow my channel also follow six or seven AI generated YouTube channels

I’d really like to know what it is that draws you to these AI-generated channels. Let me know down in the comments what you find appealing about them — because here’s my concern: these AI YouTube farms can pump out hundreds of videos an hour across countless channels. Over time, that means the information you depend on could become watered down, misleading, or flat-out false. I honestly believe that could lead to something disastrous.

I will assure you that you will never see any AI generated content on my channel. I really value each and every person who comes here week after week watching my videos and hopefully taking away either some new skill knowledge, or igniting some kind of passion for you all.

I hope you all are doing well. Fall is in full swing here in the northeast, hard to imagine Thanksgiving is just about five weeks away. You guys all take care, we should have a video out this Thursday, 23 October or if I get a little bit behind it'll be out the 24th.
