Hello! My name is Nell, and I have things to say! I want to talk to you about the daily struggles, frustrations and lessons to be learned from living with chronic illness, disability and mental health issues. If you are living with these issues, I hope I can encourage you, and that you will feel represented and will hear your thoughts and feelings being spoken about. And if you don't live with these things, I hope you will be challenged to look at life through different eyes, and maybe find yourself growing in compassion and understanding for the family members, friends and strangers who are living with these struggles everyday.

Hi folks, no stream today. I know that's three weeks in a row, and I can only apologize. Fatigue is getting the best of me, and I've spent the last two days in bed recovering from one afternoon of activity. That is the life of chronic illness! I plan to have a video coming out this week though xx

Hi folks! No Livestream today. It's gorgeously sunny, and my partner invited me out to lunch - he's found a little place near the water, and he's going to put saltwater and sand in a bucket so I can feel the ocean on my feet, and we're going to take our dog ☺️ It's a day for outside, and the screen will have to wait 😌

Hi folks, there won't be a Livestream this weekend. My town (Wingham, NSW) has been experiencing severe, record-breaking floods this week. My household is safe, but our Internet is unreliable and our power has cut out a few times, so I can't rely on a connection for YouTube. Much love, see you in the next one xx

Hi folks, I'm so sorry for the late notice - there won't be a livestream today. I'm feeling incredibly worn out - I haven't been sleeping well lately, I've had to skip a lot of necessary supplements due to my financial situation, and I'm feeling very worn down overall.
On top of that, I watched the US Secretary of Health's press release last night, and it sent me into a meltdown and I became very distressed. I'm just not in the frame of mind to get on camera today. However, I will be working on a video addressing this press release, because I need to channel my rage, frustration and grief somewhere 🙃
