Hello Friends. I wanted to give an official statement regarding international shipping. Due to DHL giving inaccurate shipping costs, We have decided to stop all trade with DHL. As a small business we can not charge £30 for international shipping and the actual cost being in excess of £200. Dangerous good is very expensive and time consuming. It takes 2 members of staff to do one order. The DHL site was also out of date and even though we reached out for support we had none. Which meant all orders were entered manually. Which slowed down business. We now look forward to having more time to have more stock daily for our UK Customers. We will however be sending a tonne of stock to Maxaroma and fragranceusa in August. This is massively time consuming and means we have to stop UK operations for one month to forfill this. We can only do this a few times a year. To remedy this I have just signed all legal paperwork for the creation of ATHUS. We are waiting for official US government paperwork and then we start the physical work. We hope to have all operations in early 2025. You will be able to order direct and have your order despatched from the US. This is a massive operation and I value your patients in this matter. Unfortunately due to the effects of Brexit we will no longer do business with the EU. This might change when in the future if we open a factory within the EU.But the time scale might be 5 years. I really want to thank you for all of my amazing customers that support my work. It's super exciting to open my business within the US. Thank you ATH
