I’ve been a personal trainer for 18 years specializing in biomechanics. Over the years I’ve had some great mentors, spent a lot of money on education (over 20 credentials), and learned a lot that I would like to share. This channel will appeal to anyone looking to further their knowledge in this convoluted fitness space. Specifically I’m looking to help intermediate lifters grasp more complex concepts and challenging advanced lifters to re-evaluate their current views . I’m looking to challenge the status quo and point out errors or fallacies from concepts that many don’t actually dive in deep to explore and simply accept as fact.
My greatest passion lies in helping fellow fitness professionals reach their full potential by helping as many clients as possible while making more $$ than ever before. This can be a very rewarding industry financially and spiritually if you make the most of it.

Just wanted to say hi and thanks to the new subscribers been getting a nice bump. Things are quite hectic right now with work and moving.
Currently finishing up a leg day workout video for people who are asymmetrical because they are left aic/ right lateralized / have scoliosis
Also working on an epic scrolling through ig that is just absolutely insane lol. Will be covering Mundy, TNF, Kuba and more of how anabolics can skew what you typically are sexually attracted to.
