One of the greatest miseries of Protestantism is its absolute failure to present a coherent position on the biblical canon. To even attempt to identify their shorter, truncated, mutilated canon, Protestants must ultimately violate their own Reformation rallying cry of sola scriptura—because Scripture alone never gives you a list of which books are Scripture. It is a nightmare for Protestants. It was a nightmare when Johann Eck pummeled Luther to a pulp on this very issue, and it has been a nightmare for Protestants ever since.
Meanwhile, this is one of the areas where the Catholic Church shines with her divine clarity and beauty. The canon was safeguarded, preserved, and handed down by the living authority of Christ’s Church—not left to the shifting opinions of men.
Don’t settle for a mutilated, incomplete Bible. Get a Catholic Bible. Get the complete Bible.
I was honestly thrilled and beyond pumped to be on @CA-Live Catholic Answers Live a few days ago discussing Islam!
During the show, I even gave a special shoutout to the master himself, @shamounianSam Shamoun, and we dove into so much: The Holy Trinity, The Islamic Dilemma, the burning of manuscripts by one of the famous caliphs, Mariology and more!
It was truly one of the most exciting 2 hours I’ve ever done on CA Live, and I absolutely cannot wait to be back again!
Faithful, let me know down below if you tuned in and loved the show—I’d love to hear your thoughts!
When debating or dialoguing with Black Hebrew Israelites, it always helps to remember that their movement is an amalgamation of various heresies. Many of them don’t even know what modalism or Nestorianism is, and as a result, they freely embrace all kinds of errors—all ultimately aimed at denying the eternal deity of Jesus and presenting a blasphemous distortion of the Holy Trinity.
This is precisely why we must be sharp in our faith, passionate about it, and unwavering in the truth. Our recent debate was a clear example of this. By the grace of our Triune God, I was able to recognize the anger and distortion in the BHI movement and passionately rebuke the heresies they hold to.
It is my hope that those who have not yet seen this debate will enjoy it and be edified by it. I look forward to debating Tasaryach again—by the grace of our Lord Jesus, the Most High God—with clarity and zeal.
Over the next few days, we will be diving deep into the heart of our faith—the mystery of Christology and the Holy Trinity. Our mission will be clear: to show beyond a shadow of a doubt that the true Christian faith is, and always has been, Trinitarian, and that Jesus Christ is Almighty, Eternal God.
Monday evening we will focus on the title “Son of Man” as pointing to Jesus as Yahweh, not as the Christological loons try to water it down (calling it a mere metonymy), but as Scripture and the Church Fathers proclaim: the Son of Man is Yahweh Himself in the flesh!
We will uncover powerful patristic commentaries and show that only the heretics denied this truth. You will be blown away by the treasures we have uncovered from the Fathers of the Church, defending the full divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ.
All of this work will prepare us for a massive series on Transubstantiation and the Holy Eucharist. For in the Eucharist, we do not receive a mere symbol—we receive the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ. These Christological and Trinitarian foundations will set the stage for us to better understand and adore our Beloved Lord in the Most Holy Eucharist.
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, now and forever, unto ages of ages. Amen.
This was truly one of the BEST shows I’ve ever done on the topic of the Perpetual Virginity of Our Holy Mother Mary.
There really is no escaping the nightmare modern-day Protestants find themselves in, as they’ve drifted further and further away from the Apostolic Faith—abandoning even the very teachings their own founding Reformer fathers once upheld. @CapturingChristianity
Faithful, I am absolutely fired up at the incredible response to our latest shows respectfully responding to @AllieBethStuckey Allie Beth Stuckey and her errors on Mariology. The feedback, engagement, and love for the truth have been phenomenal!
We have personally reached out to Allie Beth herself, challenging her to respond to us or even have us on to discuss her statements about Holy Mary. Even if she never has us on, let us pray that her heart is softened towards the Catholic faith and that she comes to see the beauty, depth, and richness of our ancient Church’s teachings on the Mother of God.
And get ready—because we are just getting started! Parts 4, 5, 6, and 7 are on the way, where we’ll be diving deep into the Perpetual Virginity claims Allie Beth made and tackling the Dormition & Assumption with incredible depth, Scripture, and the witness of the early Church.
God bless you, faithful! Keep praying, keep sharing, and keep the faith!
I very often get asked about the Jewish and Christian ancient origins of Purgatory—and for good reason. It’s a topic surrounded by misunderstanding, yet deeply rooted in Sacred Tradition and Scripture.
That’s why I was beyond thrilled and pumped to record an 8-episode course for the magnificent @StPaulCenter St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology , where we dive deep into the ancient roots of Purgatory, from the Second Temple Jewish context to the rich witness of the early Church Fathers.
This course is packed with exclusively translated Patristic texts—many of which you won’t find anywhere else—brought together to illuminate how the earliest Christians understood purification after death.
The St. Paul Center is truly the elite of the elite when it comes to theological formation, and I deeply cherish the opportunity I had to contribute to their incredible mission by producing this series for the faithful.
I have pinned the link down below should you be interested in checking the course out, faithful!
I recently came across a video from the channel @CanonAndCreed , which attempts to challenge the clear teaching of purgatory found in 1 Corinthians 3. After watching it, I felt compelled to go over every piece of it and also invite the creator to come debate and defend his egregious errors on 1 Corinthians live with me. Even if he does not join me, we will go line by line through the passage and examine the Greek text together. To be honest, I found the video quite underwhelming, especially given that the channel presents itself as one that values both the canon of Scripture and the creeds of the Church. In fact, there is absolutely nothing about this channel that preserves the Apostolic-either in terms of the Canons or the teachings of the Fathers that masterfully composed the great Creeds. I'm genuinely looking forward to a deeply exegetical and substantive exchange, it is important for the audience to see the clear Biblical teaching of purgatory in the New Testament. WE WILL GO LIVE MULTIPLE DAYS refuting this in depth and LEAVING THE OPEN INVITATION to join us and debate this. GOD BLESS ALL!!
From the bottom of my heart—THANK YOU! You all are BEYOND PHENOMENAL!
If you follow and support my work, then I already know something special about you: You love Jesus Christ. You love our Triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. You love our saintly family in Heaven, especially our Holy, Immaculate Theotokos.
Your prayers, encouragement, and zeal ARE AMAZING!. I HOPE YOU ARE THRILLED AND PUMPED TO CHECK OUT THIS EXPLOSIVE 2v2 DEBATE defending the TRINITY on @CapturingChristianity Capturing Christianity, tonight is the perfect time to dive in. What better way to spend a glorious Sunday evening than soaking in a defense of our Lord’s divinity?
Faithful, get ready — because tonight we begin what may be our most in-depth, explosive, and thorough investigation yet:
THE ANCIENT JEWISH AND CHRISTIAN ROOTS OF INTERCESSION & INVOCATION OF THE SAINTS
We’ll be going layer by layer, era by era:
Ancient Jewish testimony — We will uncover the Jewish foundations of invoking the righteous and the dead, showing how this wasn’t foreign or forbidden, but part of the sacred tradition passed on to the Apostles.
New Testament & Apostolic Era — See how intercession and invocation didn’t just survive into Christianity, but flourished at its very roots, grounded in the practice of the Apostles and ALSO THEIR DIRECT DISCIPLES!
Apostolic Sees — We will trace this holy practice in every single Apostolic See: Rome, Alexandria, Antioch, Jerusalem, Constantinople — all testify to the apostolicity and universality of intercession.
The Reformers — YES, we will demonstrate how the earliest proto-reformers and even the first Reformers themselves accepted the intercession of saints, and how the rejection of it is a mutation born from the rise of modernist liberalism within fractured Protestantism — not from authentic Apostolic faith.
If you’ve ever wanted an INCREDIBLY MASSIVE DEEP DIVE backed with patristic fire, Scriptural clarity, and historical power — this is the one you’ve been waiting for.
TO SHOW THAT WE ARE A TRUE LOVER OF THE FAITH AND WILL BE TESTED AGAINST ANY AND ALL--EACH EPISODE WILL BE AN OPEN INVITATION TO COME DEBATE AND REFUTE US LIVE ON THE AIR. Let the brave dissenters arrive. We can't wait for them!
If you’re excited, drop a comment below and let us know you’re THRILLED AND PUMPED, because WE LOVE YOU ALL!!
