During my exclusive podcast interview with Tetsuya Mizuguchi, he teased a new Rez game not once, but twice! I was smiling the whole time when he said it!
While discussing games that defined his legacy, he mentioned Rez Infinite Area X as a prologue to the future, suggesting the story isn't over yet.
"The story isn't over yet. So one day I want to create even more new synesthetic adventure. So, yeah."
Later, when asked about working on new games like Child of Eden or Rez, he mentioned being busy as a CEO at Enhance. But he wants to change that and start working on future projects.
"Yeah, I'd like to make more of those too. Really. Yeah. So maybe I've been too busy recently running Enhance as a company. but I'm working on fixing that. That's still so much. Yeah, that's still so much I want to create the new thing, new challenge and yeah, new journey."
