The Emerging Alkebulan
Nigeria needs to resist the "white savior" mentality.
History, both past and present, has clearly demonstrated that interventions in our continent by foreign entities have never truly been about conflict resolution. Upon closer examination, it often appears that they may be funding insurgencies and insurrections to create a pretext for their involvement. Their interventions have not been for the benefit of the people, but rather to gain access to resources and establish a strategic presence, similar to what we observe with Chinese involvement. They do not wish to be excluded, which explains the proxy conflicts seen across Africa.
To date, not a single conflict has been resolved, as evidenced by situations in the DRC, Sudan, Libya, and other regions. For these external actors, conflict serves as a diversion.
We face significant challenges in Nigeria, and indeed across Africa. People are losing their lives not due to religious differences, but because we have governments that are complicit in the suffering of their own people. Otherwise, why would the Nigerian government be unable to address its own security concerns?
Africa must cease aligning itself with entities that appear to thrive on conflict, as this seems to be their primary focus and expertise. It is this Western influence, which we believe to be superior, that is contributing to the challenges faced by our continent. Our own shortcomings in making responsible decisions that would empower and safeguard our people also play a significant role.
The United States and other global powers have not intervened in Africa with the intention of "saving" it, as Africa does not require such intervention. What is truly needed are responsible leaders who comprehend and serve the populace, rather than the current mission managers across the continent who prioritize resource extraction by any means necessary over the security and protection of their citizens.
We Africans must decolonize our approaches and solutions. The Machiavellian tactics of hegemonic powers will never truly benefit us. Their strategy often involves playing all sides. Africa needs to understand their methods and avoid repeatedly falling prey to them.
This is precisely why individuals like Ibrahim Traore are essential across Africa.
We need leaders who would intentionally protect their own people above anything else and at the same time resist the incursions of foreign interference.

The Emerging Alkebulan
When European powers carved up Africa, their railways, roads, and ports were not built to connect African communities or boost local economies. They were designed like pipelines — moving raw materials from the interior straight to the coast for export. Rail lines rarely linked African cities to each other; instead, they ran from mines and plantations to harbors. Roads served the same purpose — to make it easier to move cash crops like cocoa, cotton, and coffee out, not to move goods between African towns. This extractive design left a lasting economic footprint. After independence, many countries inherited transport networks that made exporting easy but regional trade difficult. That’s why even today, it’s sometimes faster to trade with Europe or Asia than with a neighboring African country. The truth is, Africa’s colonial infrastructure was never about African development — it was about European profit. And undoing that legacy means rebuilding systems that serve people, not just exports.
The Question: What are we doing in 2025 to undo and rebuild structures and systems to empower Africans?

This is one of my all time favourite quotes that needs to used to guide how we hold our leaders accountable.
If European powers praise your leaders, know they are compromised.

What we are currently engaged in appears to deviate from a spiritually normal path. It seems to be primarily focused on survival within a system that is diminishing our fundamental connection to our spiritual source.
We need to re-establish our connection with nature, aligning with what is our creator's original design.
True fulfillment and manifestation can never be attainable within an economic system that is detrimental and about survival.
We need to aspire to revitalize life and embrace the principle of Ubuntu.

The moment you lose yourself is when you decide to fit into cultures and ideologies that are not indigenous to ancestral knowledge systems.
The Alkebulan solutions you're seeking for are inside of you. Alien systems and ideologies will never save Africa as they are against the mother of mankind.
