Finds time for meditation. Deep breath work gives you the control to calm your nervous system and focus. You may also have epiphanies and see things.

Is the story you’ve been told true? Sometimes we overlook our own inner knowing because of our emotions for the person or because we trust that person or because it seems like that person has our best interest. None of these is always the case. So you must always trust yourself, and know what’s best for you especially when making decisions in life. Don’t abandon your own inner knowing! Get information, yes. Do research, yes. But make your own life choices bc you are the one living your life not anyone else.

Is the story you tell yourself the actual truth? Are you in denial? Are there things you haven’t been able to truly face head on? Are you Able to accept responsibility and be accountable? I challenge you to grab a new journal. Answer this question? What does your soul say? Does it whisper or is it loud? Who are you? What is your story? Crack yourself open and ooze over the pages and watch magic happen as you begin to see your authentic self!

Day One :: INVENTORY

If you’ve worked in retail you already know sometime after the holiday season stores do inventory. Which is when every single item in store is counted. Well spiritual inventory is a bit different. Do look over your life in its current state, on a mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and financial, what are you holding onto that’s out of season? What needs to be worked on? What are you removing? Are you wanting to change your diet? Is it a thought pattern or process that causes anxiety? What kinds of intrusive thoughts do you have? Have you noticed your environment matches your internal world?

And so much more we could ask here… hopefully you’re picking up what I’m putting down and you can take it from here. Get those journals out!!

Write down what you no longer have space for! Then write what you’re making space for!
Write down what you’re working on ! Then the goal you have!

Do this for your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, financial spaces. Then take a nap!!
