I learned earlier today that I've been awarded the Serena Shim Award for Uncompromised Integrity in Journalism
The committee that made this choice is far too kind. You have my deepest thank you. I don't consider myself a journalist but I do try to honestly do the news with context that I find to be missing in mainstream media.
I find myself a lone wolf, widdling away in my little corner of the internet. I honestly didn't think anyone watched or cared. I immensely appreciate the recognition. Thank you.

I'm sorry for just sending this. I fell this morning chasing after a taxi. I came out of the apartment, the cab was pulling off. I went to chase after it and fell off a rather high step on the concrete street-ish pathway.
I'm slightly injured. My phone is smashed. My guests phone numbers are through my phone and I can't access that information through my PC. The guests where I had their emails - I've contacted. I've been able to reach out to the others using friends that have whats app. Things are a bit of a mess but I've arranged for another phone to be sent, hopefully overnight. My wrist is either sprained or bruised, my ribs hurt and I have a few scrapes to the face and hands but I'm all right. That'll pass. My phone is the issue as my communication with guests is through the device. I'm trying to get a show together for tomorrow using people I know through PC communications. I deeply apologize for my failing on this. A stupid random fuck up. Most likely we'll resume as normal or normal-ish tomorrow. Apologies for the late notice.

Good morning fam. I mentioned on the show yesterday that I may need to be off for a doctor's appointment. I thought I would be able to avoid it but I can't. I'll be back on Wed.
If possible, I'll do a few shows this evening if I feel up to it.
On days I need to take off - should I run an old episode or look for a replacement host? If so, any ideas on who? It was never an issue because I never ran my channel as a consistent show. Let me know your ideas.

What's happening family. I have a question that I'd like to get your take before proceeding as I'm uncertain of direction. I'd like to raise revenue for the channel. Obviously, videos will remain consistent with an expanding pool of subject matter experts on foreign and domestic policy.
But for the vulgar transparent purpose of additional revenue, I was thinking about offering chess games. Chess games against me are already offered to members during chess nights (just contact me so we can schedule). I was thinking of opening this to everyone - where as members get free games, offer blitz for 3 buck "Super chats or Super Stickers" during Chess Nights? It doesn't have to be 3, I'm just spitballing. Give me your thinking?
