Today's warmup sketches on rodents ✨ still trying to do these as often as possible but I feel like I struggle with time and energy. Key is not feeling like I failed if I skip them for a day or two, that would kill my mood and I wouldn't come back to it the next time I can!

Today while I was doing my warmups I realised one thing 💡
the fact that I do a few really fast paced one, starting with 30 seconds poses really shaped the way I draw
It made my lines more decisive and my drawings more dynamic and I think this gave them a nicer flow instead of the really static ones I used to do a few years ago.
There are a few free online tools that rotate references for you so you can focus on drawing, I've been using line-of-action.com/ (I'm not affiliated with them or anything, just really enjoying the tool)

Hey all! 🌟
I'm finally back to my daily warmups after a long time skipping them
It's been months!
it's crazy how rusty you can get if you get out of a habit. I was much faster and confident about my sketches when I used to do them every day.
I can see the improvement of the lost skills coming back just after 3 days of going back to it. I'll definitely go back to try to stick with it more regularly!
