Hello all my beautiful people. I know the past handful of videos I have mentioned our family have been going through a "family emergency". Well I can compose myself to tell you all my sweet father aka Papa was brought home with mom. I am feeling very fragile but will talk about it when I feel I can. I know so many of you loved Dad and had such a connection with him. His love and devotion to all his family was so magical. I can say I was there to his final goodbye. Just me and him and the whole spirit family welcoming him home. I was holding him in my arms, reassuring him, and with the long slow breaths, and even longer pauses in between... He said goodbye not with words but with his last calm breath . No gasping, no struggling... Closed eyes, calming breaths and soft words and prayers from me. This holiday season has been a struggle, heartbreaking but will get through it. Papa always liked putting the star on our Christmas tree but now he will forever BE the star on our Christmas tree. I love you all and thank you for all the messages and kind words. I will get back into the swing of things but for now I am just trying to adjust to life after this. Hello Friends! Im so so so sorry i have been MIA. August has been one heck of a major roller coaster of events... emotions and environmental concerns. Im sure a lot of you have heard of the wild fires ravishing Nova Scotia. Luckily they have not hit our neighborhood however the fires are only about an hour away from us. We have have had very little rain and super dry conditions. There is a fire ban on and absolutely nobody is allowed in the woods unless it is you private property...but of course still no fire. Besides that we have had alot if family here.. some facing major life events and we are here to support.. others here to visits and reconnect... and others dealing with major loss and heartache.. all of that I am loving my family... soccer is done... bdays were celebrated.. sister visit on my turf...papas fabulous and lots more. Im trying to stay level, humble, and connected... times like this chaos.. beautiful fun.. crazy...heartbreaking I often find myself withdrawing... not just here but within myself sometimes. I need to fight to stay connected as sometimes I just want to hide in a hole... im sure im not the only one sometimes. Anyways im doing better.. juggling mom life and trying to be strong and hold everyone together as we finish off the summer break... I have a wrinkle in time to actually sit down to edit a bit today. This summer didn't really shape up to how I imagined but that's ok... I will come out stronger when I face challenges like this. I love and miss you all. For those please hold those facing these fierce fires... fighting thing on behalf of all the residents and animals... Hi friends. Sorry I have been MIA the past few days. I am behind in editing and have lots to edit when I get a time to get to it. Life is crazy but good. Just didnt want to "burn out" trying to do it all. Needless to say just need a few days to settle down and get back to a pace I can handle. I promise we are all well. On a fabulous note and after lots of planing and consideration there seemed to be a a twist of fate and on our 31st anniversary of being together and new little girl was born... it seems meant to be like a message from Violet as I had been hearing her all over the place. Anyway long story short please welcome Magda May Hyacinth Bucket (pronounced bouquet 💐) those who know know. She is Boris's little sister and now part of our family. Just arrived home yesterday. A breath of fresh air and new energy in the house seems to be just the thing we needed. I look forward to seeing this baby girl grow and get to know all of us. Love you all and will be back in track very soon.

Merry Merry to this big wide world! I know in years past I have had my Christmas video up on Dec 25 but this year since all that has been thrown in my path I'm a wee but behind in my videos. Needless to say it will be come in a few days once my other videos are posted.
On another note I truly hope you all had a day of love and celebration in all ways that make you feel good. I like to be reflective on all the light and beauty in this world even though sometimes it's hard to believe in the bright side. I like to reflect on a day such as this to appreciate all I have and remember all those before me who are in spirit are part of me and and are here in celebration too. Family, food, festive fun to be had. We soon lay our heads to rest after a long day of excitement...the highs a day like this ensures a good restful night of sleep which personally I am looking forward to. Anyway have a Merry Christmas, a Happy Holiday a joyous festivous..and celebrate in a way that makes you feel full and happy. Much Nova Scotia love to you all brothers and sister.

I hadn't been feeling well thid past week and finally got an appointment to be checked out...turns out I have pneumonia. I'm resting lots and my family is taking care of me too. Just a heads up.. i had a small procedure on my right foot yesterday and boy let me yell ya my dog is sore today! Boris and Mayes are keeping me company while I rest and recovered. I will try to get some editing done but need to get on with this dang healing as there is some busy summer days left to enjoy. I just wanted ro keep you posted in case im absent for a few days. I am broken hearted and absolutely beside myself. My baby angel Violet grew her wings last evening. Her very short sickness and quick departure took us all by surprise.. I will tell the story when I feel like I won't break down when I do. We laid her beautiful body to rest in one of our flower gardens last night, wrapped in a baby blanket and some of her favorite toys. I am crying while I write this but I know you are all part of our family and met Violet 4 years ago when she joined our family and you have a right to know. I have a few videos scheduled ( of before this devastation happened) to post in the next day or two so I will try to come to terms with this heartbreak and this horrible feeling that has absolutely rocked me to my core. Thank you to all of you who kept her in your thoughts and prayers. Rest in Peace Violet, you will always be my soul dog.

I am lost for words and wish I could take my baby Violets sickness away. Had her to the vet this morning with some sort of pain and sickness. Feel in dire straights.. She was sent home with some antibiotics and pain medication so hopefully it will get her on the mend soon. Honestly I am at a loss with the feelings I am feeling. Scared to death and like a nightmare. For those out there who pray or send healing vibes please send them to Violet. I beg you. I know all you animal parents out there know the bond wr share with our furry family and I am NOT ready to say goodbye..
