One year ago:

A drunk driver. Taking the lives of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau. Today we remember them for their greatness both on and off the ice, as we remember all of the things they did. Prayers go out to the friends and family of the two brothers as we remember them during this tragedy and loss.

I just want to say thank you for coming up north to Fargo back in February, it was awesome getting to see you walk around and follow Finn on the Fargo force, and see what the players do every day before a game and practices, it was also cool seeing all the activities that you did such as the t shirt cannon, sled hockey with the hope inc. crew, and getting to do the ceremonial puck drop before the game.

I just want to say this, and that is I love watching your videos whether it is going crazy over ea sports nhl 25 with franchise mode, or seeing rusty lift the cup in be a pro, or just a heat game, I just want to say that I love the editing and watching you play with the heat, as I got to meet some of the other players on the team and got to tell them how much of an inspiration you are to me and my ice hockey career, and just want to say a thank you, as before every game going to the rink, I always watch a video of you playing with the heat, and have been able to get some nice goals and moves around other players just from watching you,.

Just figured I would share this as it is very inspirational for me, and I know there are other content creators out there doing this too, but thank you for being a inspiration, and hope you can come back to Fargo soon next season for a game. Thank you for all that you do in the hockey community, and can’t wait to meet you in person one day.
