ビックマウスビリーバス修理進捗報告。正しく動作しない原因が判明しました。原因はピンとギアの滑ることによるトルク抜けでした。最初の対策としてグリス除去し、改めてグリスを塗り直しました。結果、カバーがない状態では正常に動作しました。しかし、カバーを装着すると抵抗が増えるため、再度トルク抜けが発生し、正しく動作しなくなりました。次は、ギア、ピンの交換する予定です。
Big Mouse Billy Bass repair progress report. I found the reason why it doesn't work properly. The cause was a loss of torque due to the pin and gear slipping. As the first countermeasure, I removed the grease and reapplied the grease again. As a result, it worked normally without the cover. However, when the cover was attached, the resistance increased, causing the torque to drop out again, and it no longer worked properly. Next, I plan to replace the gears and pins.
