For my 350 subscriber special, i'm finally doing mayday air crash edits, this is probably one of the hardest video's i've ever put on. Also there's sometimes i dont edit a full video, there are some expected delays. I wanna level up my edit and maybe i'll finish it in 2-3 days. This video is premiering on November 12.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has led to both FedEx and UPS grounding their fleets of McDonnell Douglas MD-11 cargo planes following a deadly crash at the UPS global aviation hub in Louisville, Kentucky. The crash killed 14 people, including the three pilots aboard the MD-11 that was headed for Honolulu.
UPS announced it has temporarily suspended operations of its MD-11 aircraft fleet, which represents about 9% of their total fleet, based on the aircraft manufacturer's recommendation and as a precautionary safety measure. FedEx has also grounded its MD-11 planes to conduct a thorough safety review following that recommendation.
The crash was marked by an engine fire and detachment during takeoff, which is under investigation by the NTSB. Both companies emphasized their priority on the safety of their employees and the communities they serve. Despite the grounding, UPS is implementing contingency measures to maintain service reliability globally.
